thanks for the kind words and welcome to teamliquid.net. it's nice to see a sense of community here despite the anonymity of the internet (which often results in antisocial behavior ^^;. i also should say right up front that i myself have no personal importance-- i'm just a fan like the rest of us and got lucky enough to get to know some of these gamers and the related personalities (like the G.O. team coach, who is the coolest guy ever). but in any case, i will try to come to this site as much as time allows to try to give whatever little insight i do have whenever appropriate. at the least, i think i might be able to do simple translations and culture lessons for those interested. o_O oh, and Elvin_vn, my id is pronounced "uh - jjoo," which roughly translated means something like "whoa! you think you're hotsh*t?" ^_^;; xellos and other progamers DO play on bnet, but obviously not publically and only with other pro or semi-progamers. i think xellos answered "no" to the question meaning that he doesn't play public games on bnet. i also suspect they enjoy their privacy for very practical reasons. they have a very limited amount of time to even practice for even one tournament and some of them are in like 3 tourneys at the same time. if you think from their perspective, imagine how much you'd practice if you knew you had to play iloveoov, yellow, nal_ra, and nada, each time for money, and each time on different maps. you probably wouldn't want to be bothered either. but nevertheless these guys get bothered ALL THE TIME about sc (we can walk away from the computer whenever we get sick of playing but everyone who meets these guys just wants to talk sc) and some of them literally get stalked on bnet. thus, i think it would be good manner on our part to not take offense and to fully understand if they don't reply to pms or refuse to play games. it would be like being offended that tracy mcgrady doesn't want to play in your neighborhood pickup game. >_< a final scoop: during wcg, i spoke to quite a few reporters from korea and also expressed (accurately i hope) that there is a market for non-koreans watching korean VODs from mbcgame, ongamenet, iTV, etc. they are aware of this interest, and the ongamenet team leader told me they are working on making it easier for foreigners to register to watch VODs online on the ongamenet website-- in fact something might be in place within the next few months, so keep your fingers crossed ^^;; good luck and have fun!

It's good news though, if OGN decides to make vods more easily available to the public they will find a large amount of viewers. Thanks for the heads up, "whoa! you think you're hotsh*t?"
