From past experiences, I could see a gaming computer for first place, and most likely an Nvidia graphics for 2nd, and maybe an Intel CPU for 3rd. Fraga is decent enough for prizes, usually relying on sponsors hardware. It's more of a big LAN party with lots of little contests and fun activities than an actual tournament. Always fun! JUSTIN! when was the last time you went? when i won cod4, i got a mouse. the brood war tournament last year didn't even have a prize, as the whole tournament scene there has really gone downhill :<
Yeah me and prodig with some friends went last year, They don't really believe in the whole tournament thing there more interested in people just enjoying themselves playing bad games. I swear the best prize i saw given out that I even remember last year was like some DDR3 ram for the Rockband thing they did or 500$ for call of duty 4. Plus i heard that they are losing some of their sponsors :X

Wow Fraga is really losing itself... It used to be in mayfield or at least somewhere within the city... Leduc? No thanks, not near anything "significant" if you want to take a break... if it was within the city I could at least stop there after I get off work to check it out...
We should do our own Edmonton SC2 tournament... Haha hold it at WEM at the HMV stage and put the finals on the big screen.

Less than once a year? And you won't drive 30 minutes to go to one? Where does it need to be in your background before you'll go?
Fuck.

Dude who owns my local pcbang says he prolly will not be buying licences for sc2 because there's no lan? Is this true or is he just an uber nerd who plays c&c? Perhaps both?
