A clockwork orange is always a great thing to watch. I don't know if this fits the category, but watch "old boy". Its a korean film. Very good too!

The anime series AD Police is pretty awesome, and Battle Angel Alita's pretty cool, although it's more of a mesh of cyberpunk and post apoc than pure cyberpunk. Edit: Really, cyberpunk dated 1980 is a theme that hasn't really been explored enough through modern media, I feel, and that's a shame. It's an amazing setting. Also, I feel kind of bad suggesting animes for cyberpunk quality since there's so much horrible pseudo-cyberpunk (which is simply just overeffectualized scific) which can easilly turn you off the entire genre, but then again, there's not much live-action cyberpunk movies either, so you take what you can get.
