I told a ex "GG" yesterday after she spazzed out and went all psychotic on me. She said "WTF is GG?" I told her good game? "So this was all just a game to you, just like that stupid star game you play all the time?"... Yes.
And I frequently dream about matches I had in practice before bed - typically losses, like a replay, like last night was a ZvZ where I had the upperhand the whole game, economy, army, even in the micro of getting fungal on his 20 muts, but for some reason while macroing and making more units at my 4 hatchs (i spammed about 18 hydras to spawn) I never rallied them past their original rally point and to come reinforce my dying army. After that it was downhill. I lived that battle and the one after in my dreams about 4 times last night and I kept hearing "rally rally rally rally rally" in my head. It's funny because I don't beat myself up about it after the game happens.

Ever since D9D 204 my girlfriend has told me that whenever we're about to get intimate she hear's day shout "Trumpets" and breaks out into dance. Needless to say she's done for the time being. GG Day9

Back when I first started playing StarCraft (10~years ago) I for a while couldn't stop myself from thinking in 2D top-down perspective. Unrelated to StarCraft but related to games fucking up your head, I once assessed the risks of making a jump over some bushes to get a football, and actually for a moment seriously thought I could just save game, make the jump, and see how it went. That actually scared me. At that time period I was very into the Tomb Raider games.

Recently, i dreamt that we were making a lan party with friends. We obviously started to play sc2. I wanted to train them since they're in bronze league and we began some 1v1. The point is that i couldn't control my mouse, it was moving itself and only doing wrong stuff. I realized that i got a virus, and tried to fix it (with no success) while my friends were pulling my leg.
Then i woke up and realized that the last time i dreamt about video games was with SC BW ^^ I felt pretty nerdy too.

This isn't exactly a dream, but it's still pretty weird.
I was at the supermarket last Saturday, shopping for food for the week to come, and of course I had spent the previous night nerding it up on SC2 til like 4 in the morning...
As I was waiting in line to pay, I started to look at the guy waiting at the next register and I don't know, he looked kinda weird and I thought to myself : "I bet he hid a fuckin stargate somewhere, I better get some hydras". Now, that was pretty confusing.

After playing lots of starcraft and being quite tired the lady decided to drag me to bed for some old time fun.
Lets just say that trying to keep your apm up, fingers tapping 12341234, clickclick click move hand move hand, got to hit that pylon, as if you were still playing starcraft thinking you got to expand soon and other weird weird things; oh and trying to nibble me showing teeth its a zergling coming towards me its a flank I must pullback... this is skills/toughts that is best left at the computer.
Ahaha that is pretty bad. Unless you put your left hand in. And now that it's been brought up, it's probably going to enter my mind as well, damn it. Although I gotta figure out a system to use it to my advantage. For instance, build worker = always remain in physical contact.
I had something similar to that, but instead of starcraft, it was grappling. I don't think she enjoyed knee on belly.

Well, after I win or lose Starcraft 2 ladder matches, I pretend like I'm being interviewed and I'll explain why I lost to myself and what I thought of the opponent's strategy.
I also tend to make sense of things by referencing Starcraft 2 units and strategies.

I dropped acid and was laying in bed - on my ceiling I n could see the Brood War campaign screen in green on the ceiling and it seemed holographic with vectorishness.
I remember thinking to myself, holy fuck Brood War is forever burned into my brain.
I dream I am the best random player in the world also sometimes, with my long hair and a pair of dice around my neck in the GSL. It's just a dream though right, its not like I'm envisioning my future.. or... holy... O_O

Man, if I have a succesfull reaver day, I cannot sleep! All I see are scarabs hitting scvs and big explosions, the sight of tasty drones exploding.. then speed shuttle comes in and does its moves!! ahhh love reavers

just yesterday i was in the local 7-11, thinking about my gas timing in an even greedier fast expand opener i've been working on. i got burned by the coffee i was pouring, and then started to pay more attention to the planet i'm actually on. then i thought i didn't have my wallet. i didn't think "did i forget my wallet?", though. the actual thought that ran through my head was "oh shit did i forget to put drones on gas?" but it was a false alarm. i had my wallet. i'm good about putting my drones on gas 8)

I used to have lan parties with friends in high school. We would play for hours and end. Counterstrike, UT, Diablo2, Quake3, etc. It didn't seem to matter what game it was but if I played for long enough I would find myself sitting there at some point without my headset on but still hearing all the sound effects for the game. Suuuuch a weird feeling when you realize that the sounds are all in your head. Then with counterstrike I remember closing my eyes to fall asleep and I could hear grenades and guns going off lol.

Ehhh, seems I'm not the only one who's had their mind messed up by playing this game.. I'm new to SC2 and it's also my first RTS so I find it kind of weird. I dream a lot about SC2, I even play SC2 in my dreams. And when I'm not playing, I'm going over my own games, thinking how to be more effective, faster, etc. What is bad though, when I play a lot of games per day, then go to bed, I sleep like baby for 11 or so hours straight, which is like a lot for me, who tends to sleep for 6 hours top. And, even after these 11 hours, I still feel tired. (totally happened to me today for example <.< )
Get out of my head, StarCraft2

Back in the Warcraft 2 days I used to play after work with my co-workers (does that date me?) Driving home one night after a bunch of games, I was on the freeway, and I found myself thinking, "Okay, this car seems good.. how should I move the other cars?"

Makes ya 32 at least, unless it was an early high-school job. Don't sweat it; I dearly hope to find myself hanging around TL in my 30s. (I am afraid, however, that my generation's retirement-home years will be spent playing World of Starcraft all day... never mind - that's awesome.)

I just woke up randomly during the night just as I fell asleep because I thought I saw dts in my base and didn't have an overseer. Every Zerg's worst nightmare.

She’s worked out if she shouts “Spawn more Overlords” when I’m in the middle of something (she does a *perfect* impression of the Zerg speaky lady) my brain will zone out completely for a second or two, so far its been used to make me walk into doors, pour burning coffee on myself, fall over in the shower, completely blank out during a conference call with work, and in one awesome instance, set fire to myself.
If she perfects her “Your base, is under attack”, I’m in big trouble.
My favorite, oh god that's so damn hilarious

When an old nurse gave me an injection, for a split second I thought I was going to have larva growing inside of me
