I'm guessing he's also on the juice. I mean, practically everybody professional is so it takes nothing away from the body he achieved, but it's just depressing knowing that I can never achieve that level of fitness without illegal activity.

He may have used some when he dieted down but what is really impressive is his state before he cut. No abs visible but that isn't a really high bf% he is at, considering he is at 145kg. That can only been done with years of dedication, juice or not. @Zafrumi: Nom! Keep on progressing.

Yesterday those 105kg seemed like nothing cause I just did that. Squeezed the shit out of my abs gut and well. I love when the weight bounces because you're doing reps too fast lololol

Accidently broke a keg tap at a party last night messing around (a good friend of ours, we got him a new one nbd) and his asshole roommates were just looking for a fight trying to find out who did it and i was just like "It was me...sup?" and they're like "oh we were just curious...dont worry about it" Moral of the story: do core lifts, get huge, people won't fuck with you :D

Todays workout Squat: 220 lbs x5x3 Press: 70x5x3 Deadlift: 160x5x1 The last rep of my last set of squats should of been in a inspirational movie. Probably would win me an academy award. I almost gave up but then kept going and lifted that mofo like it was my job. Btw, Vitamin D has probably been the best thing that I've bought. Thanks guys :D

@Neco, not with that fucking attitude. There was a time when i was a short fat unathletic kid. That was 5 years ago. Even since i stopped growing, ive put on a good 40 pounds of muscle. Get huuuge! Light workout today mostly cause i was bored -.- 3x5 full squats @ 275, 3x5 OHP @ 135, 4xfailure chin ups. I think i might just start wearing a shirt that says "TRAINER" on it so i can just help people with their form Makes me sad to see people making an honest effort but dont have the coaching/knowledge on how to properly do shit like powercleans and the like. p.s. what have you people done to me. i had ASPARAGUS with my chicken. i HATE asparagus. quit making me feel like i need to eat "healthy" food

yesterdays squat workout: (just deloaded after failing 3x5 @ 175 multiple times, working form w/ high reps) 45x5 45x6 95x12 135x9 155x5 180x3 even tho my hips r still pretty inflexible, squatting finally feels "right". I was gonna just do 180x1 since its the most ive ever squatted, but i felt good so i kept going SO PUMPED FOR SQUATS NOW!! :D on the other hand i just lost my job on that same day, now i have no money to continue bulking hardcore like i wanted..uhg. Actually i was more psyched about fixing my squat than i was pissed about getting laid off rofl.

The first image is him before an injury he sustained at bodyweight of 145kg. The others are at bw 120kg. Height is 6'0" Sickest lower back I've ever seen! And yes, he is carb depleted. Wow, that's... inhuman.
