Something i thought i would never see at my gym... some girl doing deadlifts :o. FLAWLESS form too, as far as i'm any judge. She finished them up, did overhead squats. My jaw, the floor. she went to do calf raises in the smith machine after, while I happened to be power cleaning nearby. loaded the weight while the bar was low and she asked me to put it up, so i got a second to talk to her. Basically a female dimsum. AMAZED. Saw her doing dragon flags as i was leaving, again perfectly. I want to be her someday. ps sorrybfor any typos. using abdroid app on my way bacj from gym. | ||

Went again today with more roommates! One of them seriously has the best one day training snatch form ever. He's 150 and was doing triples with 40kg flawlessly, bar close to his body driving with his hips. Pretty good shit, probably took me a month to get mine to look like that. Added some extra reps cause it was ez Snatch: 2x2 @ 80, 3x1 @ 92.5 Clean and jerk: 2x2 @ 90, 3x1 @ 110 -> OMG my clean feels so good. like i dont even understand, but its awesome, i'm driving so much faster the weights just fly up ez. Back Squat: 2x2 @ 375, Fail @ 425, 1x1 @ 405 GRRRR Did some vertical rise testing and i was like "so what do you think i'll get" and they guess "23? 24?" Two seconds later: "WTF" *i hit 30*...<FUCK YEAH> moment Also after practice on tuesday my buddy was like "nice vein, how many curls did that take?" i'm like "wut?" I have these two badass sideways veins on my biceps "uhh i havent curled in a year" <FUCK YEA> And does anyone else get a goofy unvoluntary smile when they're about to lift a shit ton of weight? I get really happy right before like a 2xbw squat or bw snatch lol p.s. best day of food ever. bacon egg omelette -> salmon and salad -> sirloin steak and sweet potato things worked out nicely today ^_^ | ||

I miss working out for 2-3 hours a night. I got ripped as hell last year, I never had a life except school and gym. No games, some partying on weekends, and a g/f who takes up a lot of my time. But now that I'm starting to get into Upper division classes that demand more and more time outside of class, I'm having trouble managing my time splitting. I try to be in bed by 11 pm every night to wake up and work out. I have a terrible class schedule this semester which is probably another reason I'm so "down and out." I also have 4 dogs that I'm mostly taking care of, I knew we shouldn't have kept them, but when your dog has puppies and you raise them, its hard to not fall in love with a few.... four in out case haha... =/ I guess I feel like there's not enough time for me to do every single thing I want to do each day. I know I can find it somewhere to do it, I've done it before when I had different priorities. I need some motivations bros... How do you guys find time to work out, work/school, and play some starcraft II? Going into Upper division classes and focusing on my MBA, taking the 2 to 3 years off working out, would it be a good idea to just get it done? I'v already lost a scholarship because I wasn't focusing enough time outside of class on the work and studying. Maybe you guys can offer up some experience on how I can handle this. Maybe I should just focus on going to the gym for an hour every day (excluding sundays, usually my off a 2day split routine) Where do I find the time for everything? | ||
