That and housing in Arizona is very cheap because of its location/weather. The same house in New York or another city would be a multi-million mansion.

Will you guys be finding a new house? Is your team/sponsors going to help out?

Holy shit a tetherball court.
I had to restrain myself from typing that in all caps, I am so excited about the tetherball court.
I'm actually not joking, tetherball is amazing.

Homes are dirt cheap in Arizona right now. Las Vegas might be a fair bit worse than Arizona right now though. I had a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house come across my desk appraised for <100k.

So Demuslim has learned more from IdrA than Puma. hmmmm

Awesome house guys! Glad to see you guys living the dream.
And for everyone who is getting all 'realestate speculator' on us, it's irrelevant as I'm pretty sure it's a rented house being that Scoots has talked in the past about the trials and tribulations of convincing the landlord to house a bunch of gamers. Plus renting has it's own obvious tax benefits for a business situation like this.
I'm house shopping at the moment in Alberta, Canada and now I'm bitter. I'm looking at what you guys are rocking with the full knowledge that the same price point up here will net me some 2 bedroom shit-box. I'm thinking I'll just move to Phoenix instead. Howdy neighbours!
EG is really doing an awesome job. They're taking the team thing to the next level and really selling us on the personalities and the individuals.

Fantastic, this is amazing for e-sports in America! Let me swim in your kidney, kidney-shaped pool.

that look on incontrol's face at the beginning oddly reminded me of those pigs from angry birds who do that lil smug smile when you used up all your birds.
Silly incontrol

Looks awesome, I'm sure all the players are improving their game greatly.

Here in Florida that house would be around 700k-800k and going up to over a million if you lived in certain suburbs of Orlando. But overall very nice house and hopefully EG's results will improve drastically because of this because they have not been too hot lately besides in team leagues where they are 1st in everyone. I'm not sure with the bubble bursting but pre-housing bubble that house would cost 700-800k (maybe more depending on area) in arizona as well. with the housing market crash it may have dropped into the 500-600k range but it's really hard to tell without knowing more about the location. I believe scoots said they are renting it as they had to convince the landlord it would be ok, so they're probably paying 2500-3500 just in rent, let alone utilities A/C etc. source: arizona native and home buyer. -.- Most homes in Phoenix of that size don't come anywhere close to 5 or 600k right now. I worked in appraisal and homes of that size in Phoenix were generally appraised at right around 200-300k. It's rather easy to find a 2500 sq ft, 5 bedroom, 3 bath house in Phoenix for under 300k right now. House. SirScoots said it was in the Desert Ridge area which is a far cry from near Anthem. 85050 housing has greater value than 85086.
This man gets it.
Of course you can find mega homes in anthem, queen creek or west of surprise for 250-300k. I'm not saying EG house hasn't dropped dramatically 'herp derp' it definitely has since 2008 but it's value should have held more firmly then the anthem, queen creeks etc. of Arizona. My parents bought a home pre bubble for 520,000 in a rather prime, developing area that's about 1/2 the size (if not smaller) than the EG lair and their appraisal dropped to ~275,000. Location is much more important than size, that EG house is awesome and likely costs EG quite a bit of $$$, grats on EG to pay to support their players so lavishly!

well do not think of it as an insult, but I am quite sure many people who live in places like california, new york or the north east consider arizona and several other states "middle of nowhere"
i think the same way and i do not mean it in any offensive way ;}
