I think I saw a post on this issue some time ago during BETA, but never found any answer to it.
When I quit LotV to Windows my mouse settings, I think it is sensitivity, are changed. Sensitivity becomes much higher. I have no idea how to avoid it, but it's extremely annoying.
Is there any way to fix this, or simply because LotV was rushed and is still in BETA, this kind of problems will be occurring for a while? :D
I use Windows 8.1, my mouse is Razer Deathadder 2013.

I also had issues with my mouse sensitivity just now when exiting LotV. For me the sensitivity went way down (I had to move my mouse more than normal). I never had this in HotS or WoL. I have smooth mouse off in SC2, but I have 'enhanced mouse pointer' on in windows. Maybe they have a problem with switching this on and off?
When checking my mouse settings in windows after closing SC2 the mouse pointer speed was changed in the windows settings, it was at the second notch from the left, where normally i have it just right from the middle. But when rebooting it went back to normal.
I use Windows 7 and a Microsoft mouse without any additional software.

I have the same problem but under OSX, i need to reboot to fix it.

I just wanted to point that out. My mouse pointer speed changes from what I put everytime 4 into 8 when after I exit LotV. Aside from it other mouse settings work fine as I set in game. All this happens when I exit game and at launcher screen. I need to fix and restore my defaults from Windows mouse settings all time. This has nothing to do with "enhance pointer precision" because mine is disabled and LotV forces different values of pointer speed not in game but after exiting it. Also note that I didn't enabled any in game sensitivity for my mouse from game menu.

This happens to me every time I quit the game, my windows mouse sensitivity goes up a few ticks. It was happening to me in the beta as well, seems like one of those things they should have easily fixed by now

I had this issue too. I use 8/11 in Windows and it kept resetting to 6/11. This is with 'Enable Mouse Sensitivity' disabled in the Starcraft II options.
I didn't do much testing to confirm, but I concluded that this was because Starcraft was resetting my Windows sensitivity to whatever the 'mousesensitivity' variable was set to in the Variables.txt file (rounded to the nearest notch on the Windows sensitivity scale out of 11). This variable is set in game by the slider that is enabled when you turn on 'Enable Mouse Sensitivity'.
So what I did was to turn on 'Enable Mouse Sensitivity', and then set the in-game sensitivity to 73%. Then I turned off 'Enable Mouse Sensitivity' again. I don't want to use that setting, but this was just so that I could set the value of the 'mousesensitivity' variable. I used 73% because 8 divided by 11 is roughly 73%, so this value worked for me. Now if it does reset the Windows sensitivity, at least it's setting it to the right value. If you use Windows sensitivity of 2/11, then you would use 18% in game. Calculate your own value and try it out to see if it helps.
You could also try directly changing the 'mousesensitivity' value in the Variables.txt file. I changed mine to '0.727273' afterwards just to make sure that it was as accurate as it could be, but I don't think it matters since it's being rounded to a scale of 11 units anyway when it resets the Windows sensitivity.

I found a solution, sort of. Of course assuming that what happened to you happened for the same reason.
In SC2 there is now something called "Confine Mouse Cursor", under "Mouse and Keyboard". There you can find 3 options if you use Windowed Display Mode. "Smart" (useful for more than one monitor PC setups, otherwise not really, cursor not confined when game is in menu screens), "On" (cursor always confined) and "Off" (never confined).
In my case, if "Smart" is chosen, this is when the problem occurs. If I select "On" everything is ok. Never checked "Off", but this is not very useful IMO anyway.
Just use "On" and it should fix the problem.
I would prefer to use "Smart" as it is very practical in 2 monitors setups, but at this moment the changes to mouse sensitivity are too annoying.

Had the same issue. The easiest solution: 1) Close the game 2) Remove StarCraft config folder from Libraries\Documents 3) Start the game 4) Enjoy

Turns out it was the same issue for me as well. Since I uncheck the Starcraft mouse sens modifier, it changes my windows sens everytime I exit the game. I had to change it to 55% to keep my windows sens at 6 when I exited.
