-The Siege Tank page says that tanks in siege mode need to wait 1.43 seconds after being dropped before they can attack. Because 1.43 seconds elsewhere has meant 2 in-game seconds, I suspect it may be the same here, but since I can't confirm I'm leaving it how it is. -Most of the new abilities don't have icons, and the links for the new abilities mostly don't work. -In LotV vehicle and ship weapon (but not armor) upgrades were split again (I think that's new to LotV), and that is not reflected in the armory page; neither are the new units, for that matter. Since both vehicle and ship upgrades use the same stats as the old combined upgrade, it's not too difficult to just compensate mentally for until it's fixed, and I've been at this a while so I'm leaving it for now.

As far as playing the game, obviously it should match what you can actually see in-game. Yet in the editor, unless I'm mistaken, all the times will still be HotS.

As you probably can see I am working a lot on the wiki pages and other ppl do, too. But we need more manpower to do it. Here are all the stats: http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Unit_Statistics_(Legacy_of_the_Void)

But first... Before, in WoL and HotS, Liquipedia had the times as their in-game value at "Faster" speed. In LotV, the in-game seconds have changed but we wanted to keep showing the in-game values at "Faster" speed, because it is what players will see in multiplayer. Plus now, it corresponds to real time, so it will have even more sense for players. (Btw I find your definition of in-game second confusing, as it is more precisely in-game second at Normal speed, and what you call real-time second is also the in-game second at Faster speed.) Unit Statistics (Legacy of the Void) (linked by Neoblade) has times/cooldown/DPS based on in-game second at Faster speed. I made and maintained this page. All the Protoss LotV unit pages use these timings too, I made most of them. However, unfortunately, most of the Terran and Zerg LotV unit pages have been made by someone who just copy-pasted the HotS unit pages and did not change much (if anything). As you noted, some upgrades changed in LotV, but Liquipedia did not reflect that. I was kind of taking a break from editing Liquipedia, since I am busy with work, but eventually, I wanted to fix these pages and make them all use the in-game second at "Faster" speed. That's what I really would like us to use, as it is what most people will see in game (since most people play at Faster speed, and as it corresponds to the real-time second. We could probably change the infobox to indicate that the times are at Faster speed, and clear some confusion. EDIT (2015-11-27): changed Fastest to Faster (correct term)
