I would go for subtler changes. For example the Viking transformation lasts way too long. I would make that quicker. Viking is ok as it is atm.
Pretty much everyone seems to dislike the current state of the siegetank. Most people seem to want a straight buff to it and remove the silly tankivac. So a damage buff would be fine.

Yeah, I'd be surprised if anyone protested that change. It needs it pretty badly, given its ground mode is taken into account regarding the unit cost.

I'd like to propose we have no more threads like these... Blizzard isn't going to do any changes even near this big, so why waste time with it? Better to spend time discussing changes they could realistically make.

Allowing the Viking to move while transforming is hardly a game-breaking change, but it would give a lot more opportunity to control the unit.

@ledarsi I actually envisioned a target style swoop to a location in front of the viking but yours is an interesting change too, I imagine flying in sniping a medivac or viking and then the rines come runnning in and the viking ninja land backwards then hose the marines XD
Interactions like this is what maks the game super fun because there is plenty of room for error

T is pretty much defined by diversity in options, units, and flexibility
Need your air units to help support ground damage? Need your buildings to be re-located elsewhere? Need to have awareness of half the map with just 1 building? Instant scouting right this second? Fastest regen on a building? Ground units that hold the longest range for siege purpose?

Actually guy vikings are supposed to help support on the ground BUT CANNOT since the assault mode is utter shit, I mean like 10 rines can shut down 4-5 vikings how sad is that?
And mostly the tank buff is DIRECTLY spurred by the ravager timing and I feel like a turret style tank might be useful in such a situation since you can build 1-2 tanks before the banshee or medivac and can kite the ravagers and still get some damage in. Hellfire shell is more of a powertank style where they would have few tanks but each shot matters so much more since if you do get a group of your bio or roachhydra hit a few times you actually can start to feel it quickly
I dunno I just feel massive hatred towards some really okay ideas that probably should have been in the game during WoL

Lol, yeah such diversity, do you want some MMM or some MMM, 3 rax with reaper FE or CC 1st, then more rax! We went from bio with tanks, to bio with WM, to bio with liberators. If that not diversity I don't know what is!!!

OH god, ok I would try to talk to you, but if you really think Mass BC with vikings is viable against all races I don't think theres any point to that, I'm sure that in the protoss world you live terran is the most OP thing in the universe, but Mass BC.
