I dont play alot but like if theres a long weekend I will play like 10 games in a row. So invariablly I get my eagle back. Then I stop playing for a couple of weeks and the first game I lose I will lose it. I think Ive ranked and deranked like 3-4 times in between LE and DMG. Makes me wonder if I should just find a 5 stack and grind another streak so Im safely in the middle of the LE pike. But then RL to stronk.

It counts as a brag because I never hit Global in the old ranking system which is new SMFC. Totally counts.

Now I feel like I've hit a wall, and most of the people playing with me are ex-LEs/ and occasionally Supremes. Any advice for improvement is appreciated. I feel like movement is the biggest issue for me, but I cant figure out how to practise movement. Edit: Also any advice to increase my map pool - I currently only play Mirage, D2, Train, Inferno and occassionally Cache. Should I create a smurf and practise unknown maps on lower levels? I have no clue about timings and callouts on maps like overpass, cbble etc.

Alternatively, watch your own replays and figure out reoccurring problems you are having. Are you playing certain positions poorly, are you playing well but getting outshot? For moving I actually enjoy headshot servers. Because you cant tag someone, juking and stutter stepping shooting gets drilled really hard. Or go into aim botz, throw up the barricades and practice your shooting from cover.

I personnally really don't like headshot servers. It teaches bad habits imo, where you could have gotten a kill with a good spray. Maybe I spray too much actually, but I've gotten pretty good at controlling my spray at all distances, which is really useful because spraying is so strong in csgo compared to tapping. Ah common, I am no tryhard nerd that's not cool.

I have a buddy who is very highly ranked, and he's helped me set it everything much better and he's teaching me all sort of basic stuff. And I do have Parkinsons ..

But last night, I pseudo-IGLd for a 5stack of me, 3 American dudes in Korea, and my Japanese friend from Osaka. We ended up coming back from a 4-11 deficit to tie 15-15 and getting curb stomped by smurfs/wallers 4-16 or something, but damn if it wasn`t the most fun I`ve had in a while playing this game. Remember kids, good teammates > good ranks every day of the week. And the best part? I didn`t derank!
