Long story short, the guy from Muslim Prison Break is now a billionaire (good thing his mental CIA partner isn't in it) who has got rich off insider trading but in real life people like him aren't douches, some guy who enjoys having his wife piss on him is the investigator trying to catch him.
He says in that interview sometimes you'll root for the investigator - yeah right! Does anyone actually like that dick? If we were at school, I'd bully the shit out of his nerd ass.
Spoilers allowed in this thread - if you haven't watched the latest episode and you read shit in this thread, it's your problem. If you steal the script for the next episode, share that shit.
The way I am talking is the equivalent of the dialogue in the show in case anyone is interested in watching but hasn't seen it yet.
Show is pretty good imo, it was a pretty good move to have Sorkin as a co-creator of the series. I don't have any real gripes with how things are portrayed, obv the firm in the show is portrayed in a simplified manner so that the masses can understand just enough of what's going on
Pretty interested into how they're going to make this into a multi-season show though, I remember reading somewhere that it's supposed to be based a bit on SAC and Stephen A Cohen
I watched it just now. To be honest I thought they telegraphed it really badly. Chuck going in on that deal was so very out of character something had to be up with it, the judo match earlier in the episode where his tutor said "You gave him an opportunity and then used it against him", the whole thing. Still awesome though
Anyone else still following this? I've missed the second season and only recently noticed there's a third one underway. I've binge-watched all of S02 and S03 (which had a finale on the 10th of June 2018) and man, does it keep delivering. It's getting better and better as it goes and I just can't wait for season four.
I felt that the quality of the third season has dipped near the end but the second season was like that as well until the last episode delivered on what was being set up. Its good TV in the end but its something that I think I would enjoy more if it was all at once instead of weekly.
Am I the only getting somewhat annoyed by the frequency at which the psychology uses "fuck". Feels too pretentious for me (like she want to appear like a badass).
