Actually, it was not bad ....
1. It seems, sOs is serious with the carriers. It was not just his fun before ... 2. Maru was better than Inno. 3. Impact was quite good and the game with Rogue was for a long time quite equal, but the last switch of Rogue to mutas meant the victory.

OK, but what about B-ogus? As much as I love shitting on him, he was doing ... quite fine until today.

I hope JAGW finally win a round. All those 2nd places in 2015 was frustrating. I'm worried though. They rely on Maru too much and SKT have 2 zergs that can snipe him.

Then again Jin Air really shouldn't even think about SKT yet.

WTF both telecom teams lost I could not watch proleague today, how did this happen lol? I was pretty sure they were going to win, 0/2 LB

Is iloveoov just trying to feel out his younger players?

Only thing that makes me feel better about today is KT having a better score than SKT.

I think it's brilliant of oov, because SKT is in first anyway, younger players get to play, and with this win for Jin Air, they take second and drop KT down to third place: http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/2016_Proleague/Round_1

No that 2nd part was clearly a complete accident. After all Proleague is a fair competition.

Please remind me of this day next time I get into an argument with people who say that round-robin is a good system

Actually it would have been smarter from oov to field a lineup to 3-0 Jin Air so that both Samsung and Afreeca make the playoffs. Much easier pickings.

No. They need to maximize KT's troubles, because we were the only only ones that put a good fight against their A team. Thus they helped JinAir get 2nd place and it was super effective!

Making KT play an extra match in itself doesn't accomplish that much either because there's no guarantee KT doesn't just sweep the extra match.
Also Silvana please, you're making it sound like SKT purposely made it easier for Jin Air to win, just to screw over another team, in the process also screwing over unrelated teams Afreeca and Samsung. Preposterous! Fair competition, every match is important!

But not even I think that! they just took the opportunity to give the B team some experience. They did that last year too I think, so there is no sure reason to assume they did it to screw KT. Plus, how would they know we would lose against CJ?
It's fun to say the telecoms pull this kind of moves to screw each other, and banter the rival team's fans as "dirty" etc... But it's just that, friendly banter
(But that still doesn't mean I have respect for you StinkyKT fans!)

Probably should have looked at the lineup before liquibetting

I mean, a week or so after KT beat Jin Air, Inno said Jin Air is the 2nd best team. So clearly they got some faith.
Although it's not really that common to field such a B-team even if you want to give players a chance. Like generally you field 1 B-teamer and 3 A-teamers, maybe 2-2, but not 3-1. They never went this extreme last year, so I was a bit surprised. Especially since oov said he wanted to win every match.
And at any rate they fucked over Samsung/Afreeca (whoever doesn't make playoffs if Afreeca wins tomorrow) more than KT.
