I agree that heaving different formats is nice but I'd still say the GSL group format is the least flawed just because of the fact that every match matters
Yeah, when you cannot advance anymore it's at least questionable whether you'll do your best during the last games possibly giving easier wins to some opponents.

Cure's aggressiveness vs TY's safe builds. TY's safe builds vs bomber's greedy economic builds. Cure's agressiveness vs Bomber's greedy economic builds. Kind of makes sense.

You'd think that'd be it, but then, TY took a very early 3rd on the low ground against Bomber off of 1 rax and Bomber opened 2-rax reaper against Cure.
