Just wait for no more news to comes at all.

Regardless of the situation, we will still action upon "dead game" comments. As this is a sensitive issue for SC2 fans, please do not come into this thread and talk about SC2 players switching over to BW. This thread is also not about bashing Blizzard, David Kim, or the WCS system.

The scene is SHRINKING, not growing. Viewership is at an all time low, ladder numbers are at an all time low, the number of tournaments is at an all time low. The only ways SC2 is bigger than in the past is how much kool-aid the people at Blizzard are handing out.

The only ways SC2 is bigger than in the past is how much kool-aid the people at Blizzard are handing out. The huge problem i see here is that without a salary from their teams, the very few pro players left will have to move on from the game and do something else to survive. And with no new blood coming in (who's starting to playing the game now?), this is basically the end of Korean SC2 Pro scene. Depression.

I honestly don't know how SC2 will survive in Korea. Unless Blizzard steps in now - and does so in a huge way, I fear for the survival of the pro SC2 scene worldwide, period. The bad news hardly touches me anymore, but this news really is the nail in the coffin. All I'm left with now is a gut-wrenching, awful feeling in the pit of my stomach...
