Too bad the time was pretty bad for Europe (like always for Alpine Skiing, but I won't complain since Biathlon and Ski flying is at decent times), so I didn't wanna watch it. You might not even have seen it live. From what I heard, the main channels in some countries had already switched to something different when she was running (though nowadays I suppose in every country there are more than one stream, so you might have seen the complete event in a secondary channel, at least online).

I was watching it live on a danish channel and they switched to slope style after bip nr.23, however I wanted to watch the first 30 so I switched to RTL I think and saw Ledecka´s run. The german commentator was also like "nein, nein, nein". Haha.

This was insane! Her "mistakes" were because she was rocketing through most of the sections. Gained a lot more time pushing the speed than she lost on unclean turns. Canadian broadcasters mentioned she did the same in training runs and blew off-course, so that's the risk really. Canadian network is pretty good for actually covering entire events, thankfully. Not like NBC viewer-mongering that I keep hearing about.

Shared gold medal in bobsleigh, mens doubles. Canada and Germany with exactly the same time (0.01 sec precision) after 4 runs.

The reaction of the racer was pretty cool Also, on another note less surprising, Can vs US in Women hockey final ! Both semi-final finishing 5-0 I think.
