Nice work man, although I had to stop watching because of the buffer (watched on Horang2 stream instead). The casting was great though, 100x better than the pro casters in the BW scene.
If you can't find a good solution, try streamlink with a media player that supports buffering (like mpv). That will allow you to control how much you want to buffer before playing, and you can also pause the stream to let it buffer a bit.
Another option is to save the stream and the file at the same time. I know streamlink allows it but maybe youtube-dl allows it too (both work on afreeca).

Afreeca actually provided me with an option quite similar to this native to their platform, but I like the thinking...exactly what I had in mind
Only thing I'm wishing now is that I didn't make an EffOrt to learn some korean the past 10 years...would be so nice to be able to read names and do translations, especially as a solo caster. It's easy to solo cast when stuff is happening, but the breaks are trickier.

Thanks for always putting up those YouTube VODs, usually can't catch it live but really fun to watch!
Great games and great casting for the first semi-finals :D

Thanks! Glad you're enjoying it!

nice team jaedong and team flash tonight.
i wasn't able to chat during the games on the 7th, i'm hoping it has to do with the afreeca maintenance. looking forward to the games tonight

Hey L_Master. I don't know if anyone in chat already told you, but your audio is screwed on stream. There is just gibberish where your commentary should be
|
Yeah there is some sound problem ! LMaster mute your sound and leave only the korean !
|
jupp - sounds like a chipmunk tries to beatbox
edit: yea! fixed! thx
|
It's Tyson vs Calm man come focus !

Damn. Apolagies for the issues today. Held up herding cats (drunk people) on the way back from a party, didn't get a chance to sound check. For some reason my mic settings had changed and it was recording gibbersish. No good audio for first two games. ;(
I'll be looking into it to try and figure out why that happened and make sure it doesn't occur again in the future.

Changed date. Was thinking it was Saturday KR time, Friday NA time, but it is a day earlier. Time wise, I believe it's showing correct for me. It might be a mistake on the time listed though, because it says 11AM KST, but 7PM PST.
11AM KST is 9 hours from now, 7PM PST is 10 hours from now so that can't be right. I'll double check, but I'd bet my life on the 11AM KST being the correct time. I'll update the timestamp to reflect that.
