The family name Diez is how "X" in X Drake is read. It's clearly written whenever Drake shows up in the manga, with the exact same spelling. (ディエス) He is a former marine gone pirate. 2. The pirate has a cleft chin, shared by Drake. 3. The pirate angrily calls "Dory" to bring booze, to which the young man replies "Right away.." The boy looks miserable from what we can see. Drake is spelt in Japanese as Doreeku, Dory would completely match how nicknames are named in One Piece. 4. This is taking place in North Blue, where Drake hails from. Good finds!

Actually the invisibility fruit takes the cake on this one. This fruit is basically only good for surprise attacks, which the invisibility fruit is already better at.

A good spy (or ninja) can become invisible by his own skills, not having to rely on a df power. Being 100% silent is a nice addition. As is being able to call and tell to a third party whats going on in a meeting, right as it is happening. But yeah invisibility is better xd

Also people not being able to talk to each other will ruin any hero in a shounen manga.

If he makes someone else deaf then they would lose all balance, especially on a ship. Humans heavily depend on hearing for balance and in time can overcome it but to suddenly be deaf would cripple a person in a fight. Assuming this is all possible since he made the explosion far away silent. Also people not being able to talk to each other will ruin any hero in a shounen manga. Disagree with the last point. He could still create a sound bubble around him and his opponent and exchange tense words while nobody else hears. But yeah, its not the greatest fruit.

But yeah, its not the greatest fruit. From what we know now, def far from a great combat fruit. But really on paper who would have thought a fruit that turns your body to rubber would be so effective? For what Cora wants and is trying to do I think the fruit is very powerful, not all fruits need to be directly combat effective to be powerful, that's what haki is for. Imagine in the marine ford war a silent bubble being placed around Sengoku's den den mushi? communication is key in large scale battles! Someone's trying to call for help or reinforcements lol nope not anymore. I would reserve judgement on his fruit and how good/bad it is until we actually see what it can do and how it can be used fully.

The power to not only silence, but dampen or strengthen sound. Rupture eardrums with a whisper. Amplify further to have it be a sound based gura gura fruit. The power to channel sound. Good for spying or distract. Also change sound to change the words that comes out of people's mouths. Also communicate or detect from a great distance. Sound is vibration which is just kinetic energy. You can control heat if you want to stretch it that far. Quite a flexible power potentially.

And that's why Vergo will be involved in the operation against the Doflamingo family, and why Corazon and Law will be caught. Dofla was already suspicious of Corazon so i dont think he would even know about Vergo

However, he doesn't know that Vergo is in the Marine. All he knows is that Vergo is on a top secret mission somewhere, which is why he hasn't mentioned Vergo to Sengoku yet. And when he wants to, it'll be too late.
