It will be nerfed for sure and your problem will be gone ^^
btw it's only overpowered when you use it with some modifiers, like x6 - x10 bullets, or +400% crit damage.
That's why some weapons are so good with it : maggie (gun with x6-10 bullets) conference call (shotgun, same as maggie), or a lvl 50 lady fist (quest reward : Uncle quest in Arid Badlands) with +400% crit damage.

Does it really have more recharge rate than capacity? WTF? And with Axton's "Willing" the recharge delay is like 1.5 sec. Sick.

yes The Bee has a trade-off: survivability for high damage when you are not hit. You can find some shields with more than 50k capacity easily at lvl 50.
It is also very hard to find a good The Bee, if you play legit and don't dupe, that's it. Because you can roll a 30k damage one while your neighboor can roll a 50+k damage one. That's being said a low-rolled the bee is still very good, this is not diablo 3 with ilvl 63 crappies ^^

Does anybody have a location on where these legendaries drop?
|
|
The Bee shield trades way too well. It multiplies your damage by ten times or more depending on pellet count and attack speed!

Yeah, at most among legendaries a few items have a more noteworthy chance to drop of certain bosses. It isn't the only source and I'd imagine that a few items are being attributed to bosses that they are not tied to at all, specifically a lot of the ones being tied to the warrior since he is such a large source of loot for a lot of people in general it is to be expected that it might seem like he is the main source of something.
There are more confirmable blue level items with red text that are tied to a specific miniboss.
From the quoted list on reddit I've seen Bouncing Bonnie, WTF, Leech, Maggie, and Conference Call from random sources other than the ones listed. Chests to be specific other than WTF from a badass and Bouncing Bonnie from Slappy.
I've had Gub, Hornet, Hammer Buster, and Sledge's Shotgun from the sources that people throw around as "the" source though.
Has anyone seen a compiled list of etech weapon behaviors emerging anywhere? I've found a new one that confuses me because it seems to hit a lot of things harder than it should. Specifically it is a fire smg "plasma caster" that is hitting for about 150% of what it "should" on all target health bar types, based on both comparison to a normal fire smg and best guessing on the underlying math. I have another "plasma caster" smg that is corrode but does not exhibit this behavior...it does this weird thing with having a short max range but apparently 'smart' ricocheting projectiles.
Dr. Zed called it, etech is weird.

Btw, i'm sure some don't know it. But Crystalisks are actually very easy if you melee their Crystal legs. For some time i used a shotgun and that worked OK as well, but all other weapons plain suck vs them.

Well, if you melee them it takes 3 hits... they're down in no time. (in both playthroughs and without any melee dmg bonus / skill)
But if weapons do fine for you, no problem. My SMG, Assault rifle, Pistol and Rocket launcher did not much dmg (or not efficiently ammo wise). Not sure if i tried Sniper rifle, might work better. Although there are different types of all of them anyway, so i can't just say it like thatt :D

Because it has only ever taken a couple shots per leg no matter the gun that I used from what I can remember. Though that may be because I am an assassin with pretty good crit dmg modifiers? Dunno...
EDIT: Wooow Bee shield really is OP. Took down Terramorphous in 1:15 with just a pistol.

Is that one a quest item? I don't remember it from the first playthrough. Not finished 2nd yet.
And yes, i was shooting their legs. I think you probably have high crit multiplier and used a sniper rifle, that probably works very well.

That list is helpful, was hoping something like that would be made soon. Even if some of them might be off, it's still nice to see which bosses I want to farm. Didn't know there were two bosses with the title the invincible, I'll have to try that out. E-tech weapons seem incredibly rare, I've only found one so far(splatgun) and I just beat the bunker on true vault hunter.

My current setup has me hitting for 200k with my pistol and critting for 700k o.o

Shotgun has worked best for me too. By far. (Zero, sniper based)

Found an e-tech weapon and it disappeared from inventory

Once you get the timing down meleeing them is extremely easy. They get stunned a bit whenever you break a leg, giving you more than enough time to circle and hit another leg, it can be surprising just how far melee can reach for their legs. I just charge em and smack em. If they're already up they may hit me with some of their weak projectile shards, but usually only one, then they're stunlocked until death. Even blue is a pushover if you melee.

I killed blue this way and just lol'ed

It took my brother a single crit with his sniper rifle per leg (and he's running a melee zero).
