no, my analysis is thorough and dead-on accurate. Cleveland did not total destroy Indiana or Boston the way GSW totally destroyed its 3 opponents. So far the toughest opponent for either of these 2 teams was Utah and GSW destroyed them. Therefore, GSW is playing substantially better than the Cavs and will defeat the Cavs in the finals should the Cavs make it.
the non stop "appeal to motive" and ad hominem are entertaining though. not something i choose to engage though.
back to basketball though: any one taking the Cavs in the finals?
The Bosh thing is getting resolved:
looks like Miami is going to have money to spend this off season. http://www.miamiherald.com/sports/spt-columns-blogs/barry-jackson/article152185067.html
Miami will clear ~$25 million off of its salary cap. Miami gets cap relief even if Bosh returns to the NBA.
Despite the Heat's "genuine concern" for Bosh and his family look for Bosh to "not die" in an NBA game in the future. If NHL players can play with these same kinds of blood clots so can an NBA player. If Bosh has another clotting episode he'll just retire. Due to the level of medical care around Bosh his probability of death due to blood clot complications is extremely low.

(Mostly casual view of the game. I have none of dem analytics to back my thoughts up)
It's hard to pick the Cavs in the finals. They're just too reliant on one man being consistently aggressive for long periods of time. If this one guy disappears/takes a break for whatever reason, even with superb performance from the other 2 all-star level guys, I feel like they lose the game (like their game 3 vs Celtics).
GS has that "burst" power that can (and actually, will) come from anywhere at anytime, with a harder-to-guard motion offense and more playmaking potential. And if the Cavs miss too many shots, they get rolled by the transition train.
Basically, I feel like transcendant play from Lebron will only match average play from GS. I know it's mostly what was said last year as well, but then again last year was already a very close call.

So is saying Lebron had a bug blowing smoke or does someone actually know whether he was sick or partying?

a lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client. good job by LBJ in getting a magnanimous, charismatic orator to speak for him on this matter.

Such value on and off the court.

I'd take Lowry. Guy jus needs to be in a situation where he doesn't have to be the best player on the team. If i were the Bucks for example I'd throw a juicy offer his way. Injury and are big issues with Kyle though. Would feel a little queasy about it but worth the risk.
|
As a Sixers fan, the latest Game of Zones episode made me laugh, cry, and pray. So much attention to detail.
|
Lowry's jump in 3PT% could make him great on the Bucks. The problem is if he's not stay great at 3 I don't see much value in pairing him with a Point Forward like Giannis.

Looks the Cavs have had enough of the Celtics' shit.
|
I dunno. Seems like they just hitting shots vs. Celtics missing shots just like Q3/4 of last game. 61% vs. 41% and i'd say the looks have been about the same quality for each team.
|
No way man. This Celtics teams is even harder to guard than the Warriors.

Chris Paul and the spurs have mutual interest. Damn that would make them scary.
|
They should just change their name to the San Antonio Scowls at that point.
|
I think it wouldnt be great. Unless the "soul box" in GOZ is real, he's not the right guy for the spurs.
|
i think barkley is watching the ottawa//pittsburgh game

what's scary is the amount of money he would have to leave on the table, which is to say, wont happen.

the spurs don't have the cap space.. they'd prolly have to deal a starter to sign a guy like Paul. a lot depends if Gasol opts out of his deal.

I can't decide which team I hate the most.
