Sometimes, my girlfriend finds it funny to touch my neck suddenly and everytime I become naturally aggressive. On time, my friend while fighting, faked strangling me (and he is a lot stronger than me) and the amount of adrenaline that came in made me throw away my friend like he was a feather. I believe I have this fear for two reasons...First of all, at birth, I had the umbilical cord around my neck. Also, I can clearly remember a scene I saw in a movie when I was young where a man in white shirt during the wild west time behing hanged beside a lot more people (all hanged too) who managed to climb over the pole to crawl on it with his hands tied in the back). I remember this scene got me freaked out so baddly... God I wish I could get rid of this fear... You guys should see my T-shirts collar...they are all stretched. I need to change my shirts almost every couple months.

Can't think of any other phobias I have, I don't mind spiders or heights, I guess my hatred of wasps would be the closest thing but even they don't bother me so much anymore. Our brotherhood will grow and when the time is right, we will make pre-stretched sleeved shirts be in the front of every cloth store. Our necks will know the fresh air instead of solid mass on them, and we will always be certain that air is circling through our lungs. Ride on brother.

Another one of my friends (yeah I'm obviously popular as balls) has this very thing. Watching him brush his teeth is very odd as he keeps his eyes transfixed on the mirror, and when he spits it looks quite odd. He also has the problem with taking off his shirt when he's alone, he's told me. Which I think I have, albeit less than him. I am scared that in the time that my shirt will be covering my vision someone will appear and attack me.

I have all of those and i did at least:D I am also afraid of closing my eyes when i am alone, so it kinda sucks when showering to balance out not closing your eyes in fear of being jumped and getting water in your eyes:D

Otherwise I don't feel any fear to close my eyes.

But generally I'm not sure if those are true phobias, paranoia, high self-consciousness or just usual human brain bullshit because I could relate to more things mentioned here. Definitely social phobia to some degree, I guess. I often feel like there's too much attention on me when I'm outside, but I try to keep it in check by trying not to think about it. One thing which helps me is to imagine some stupidly funny situation, lightens the feeling and removes your thoughts about it to some degree. And I have no f.. idea why I didn't talk about this with my psychologist when I was attending her. Totally afraid of heights. I mean I would crawl to the side of some high ledge or never go there at all. I was very afraid of spiders my whole life (arachnophobia, I think). But now it has gone away basically. Unless I would see something out of those australian spiders.
