Can you spoiler quote that? I cant figure out my google passwod

If anything that link seems to indirectly support the indoctrination theory. Ending is clearly not "real" even from his independent-from-indoctrination-theory perspective. I have no idea why so many people take the ending so literally. I forget but I don't think the link even mentioned how you suddenly have infinite ammo as well, which to me was the most obvious clue...
Not just infinite ammo btw, the clip itself was unlimited or I guess in ME terms, the pistol could never overheat thus never necessitating a clip.

I think part of the reason was because of how strong your squadmates were. 1 grenade would 1 hit me, but those guys could tank like 3 without breaking a sweat. Also (not a bad thing) the AI was considerably better than in ME2. Anyone remember in ME2 when squadmates were knocked out of cover they refused to automatically go back? Instead they would just stand looking dumb and die instantly.
Also I played an Inflintrator which more or less had a ''get out of jail card'' when it came to sticky situations. Oh and reviving teammates doesn't take Medi-Gel.
the biggest factor is the same problem with all cover-based-shooters. in cover you are 99% immune to damage, so to combat this being out of cover, even on easy is suicide. but then the follow on to this is that to make the game even playable in this ridiculous situation, you need outside help like powers and squadmates to play. i dont even know where this fad for being able to duck behind cover ever came from. even in much older shooters like golden eye or ghost recon, you could hide behind cover by kneeling and poke out etc.
so ye, they need to delete the whole hiding behind cover mechanic to make shooters fun again, its stupid.

Really not that strange. Blizzard doesnt want you modding SC2 either, even if you dont play multiplayer.
|
By game company logic, you don't own the game, so why would you have the right to modify it?
You're buying the right to play it, not own it.

Considering basically every other company lets you do it, there is a problem here.
And don't quote SC2. They let you do minor edits and shit for aesthetic purposes, even that stronger team color mod is endorsed by them even though technically "illegal". SC2 and other blizzard games are primarily multiplayer so you are not allowed to mod them. However, basically every single singleplayer game lets you mod it.

I can confirm that millions of diablo2 users have been banned for using Median + Show Spoiler + But we saw that coming when they released Origin. Im really afraid of the upcoming cloud gaming shit now

Ehh, the more I hear about Origin, the more I feel that it was a right decision to not buy their products. Not even talking about other factors which actually made me decide so in the first place. Glad that the games I like aren't associated.

They let you because they know it works in their favour to give their customers a bit of freedom, as it tends to make them happier. They're not doing it because they feel obligated to or because they have to. You shouldn't buy a game expecting to be able to modify it as you wish.
I never quoted SC2 nor did I plan to, don't put words in my mouth.

Man that Kai Leng fight @ illusive mans base, can't seem to get past the phase where he calls in 2 other phantoms, considering I die from 3 shots from them and it's impossible to dodge it seems rather ridiculous..
Anyone got any tips? I've played on insanity all the way through, really don't want to lower diff just because of this fight but no matter what I do I seem to get instakilled when the phantoms come
Playing soldier, been using the first assault rifle you get all game, don't really remember the name but it's lvl 5, it's been really easy(wish there was something harder than insanity) but I've been a gamer for about 13 years now so no sp is really hard but this one phase just seems wierd, fight is incredibly easy until he calls out the phantoms and then it's death within 5-15 seconds. One of their "arrow" shots takes 1/3 of my hp, so 3 = death, and their melee attacks 2 shot , 1 for shield & 1 for hp bar
Got edi with the nuke and liara with the cc with me, pretty much same setup all game. Got adrenaline + both passives maxed.

Did you max out shields/hp? I play Adept on insanity and a full volley of one takes just a bit more than my shields. You can also switch around your armor a bit to get more shields. I would say Stasis one, Overload barrier of the other then burst it down with Adrenaline rush while aiming for the head. Once one is down and the other is hurting you, medigel then stasis it again and kill it.

Wouldn't know what max shields/hp is , if you mean in the passive "skills" then yes. However, I'm wearing some armor that boosts weapon damage at the cost of health. I don't have access to Stasis and Overload - got the 625 damage nuke and Singularity, using singularity to keep stuff in place while i hs it down with adrenal and as soon as shield/barrier is gone I just nuke for instagibb, but singularity doesn't work on phantoms >.<

have you tried just focusing kai while they are wasting time on your squad mates, spam medigel as needed to keep your meat sheilds alive and just keep nuking him with adrenaline rush. also if you have the dlc the prothean gun does retarded dps if you charge it up, its like a void ray. havent done him on insanity yet though, so i dont know for sure
