I don't know, may have been a sign. Funny you should mention that. The weird lady I mentioned in my earlier post was saying that more frequent UFO sightings have something to do with the "transformation", and that only people who are going to complete the change successfully are seeing them. No idea what that means though. People believe some weird crap.

I don't want to freak anyone out but apparently there was another person with him and as far as I understand, he didn't see anything. By the way the friend of mine the guy who saw it, that's the fourth time he seen a UFO (including the aforementioned one) . He told me that the first time he saw one he was alone, but the second & third times, his wife witnessed them too. edit: actually after reading my post I realize that I sound like a huge bad troll

Maybe there will be sick parties in Yucatan, Guatemala and Belize on the 20th. Probably you can see some funny madmen visiting Maya ruins on that day :D

"The Maya had the equivalent of months with each one being 20 days in length and years made up of eighteen of their 20 day months and an additional five day period at the end to add up to 365 days" (Feder, p. 415). Their longer cycles like decades and centuries, etc. were based on multiples of twenty, rather than, multiples of ten like ours. One of their longer cycles does indeed fall on December 21, 2012, however, "the Maya did not, in any inscription found anywhere in their realm, maintain that anything particularly momentous would occur then, least of all the end of time" (Feder, p. 415). Moreover, the Mayans used the calendar as a system of timekeeping to schedule events, including celebrations for their honored rulers. In fact, there is a continued celebration of "Pascal's ascension to the throne" long after his death and well past December 21, 2012 (Feder, p. 415). So, what does this mean? It means the preconceived notion that the calendar stops at one point in time is completely false. The longer cycles continue to convey the passing of time. The Maya were intellectuals living in a city-state, who figured? Info. from the textbook: The Past in Perspective

Mayan pyramids are actually Xel-Naga towers that they used to scout the future and predict the incoming zerg rush of broodlord infestor at which point they instantly GG-ed out Idra style and just dropped death and stopped writing their calendars. The carvings are actually morse code for "Game over man Game over"
