Alright, i changed my team again. This time i'll write my thoughts as well:
Whatever
Main Team 3 Bbyong 3 Light 3 Reality 3 Revival 5 Stork 9 TaeJa (captain) 4 [tlpd#teams##sc2-korean]SK Telecom T1[/tlpd]
Anti Team 3 free 3 Hitman 7 Jaedong
I wanted to have both Taeja and SKT1 because i think those will do really well in the Allkill format. First off i didn't want Taeja but i changed my mind because he historically always delivered in this format. SKT1 has to do well unless they mess with weaker players... i mean, Rain, Fantasy and soO all have good chances to deliver even allkills.
Then after these i saw how many promising 3 pointers there are. Light didn't play much in R1 but has super good stats so far, and he also was doing well in BW. I think he will be played more, specially because he also starts off a match. He probably was ill for some time.
Bbyong and Reality both can perform really well, better than their current value imo. Revival also showed some great play in the Allkill format in the past. I just hope that he'll play often, and perhaps he can even beat Flash, which i then wouldn't be too sad about. ^^
Biggest gamble imo is the pick of Stork. I prefered him over soO because i think it's a given he'll always play and i hope it will not be a mistake in the end, but if Stork doesn't perform things will likely be bad again for KHAN and i really don't hope that.
Anti team is pretty hard, i first had EffOrt in it but then i read Jaedong will not play one match for sure and perhaps another one. So i went with Jaedong as a big pointer. Hitman... i don't know him and think (or hope) KT has much better players. Free should be a good pick too because again i think WJS has better players and he won't be played often. Only problem for my anti team is that i think EGTL, WJS and KT will all do pretty well and the players get some points with wins.
edit: I only have one Zerg, but i think that'll be good. Didn't Blizz say they'll nerf the infestor in WoL again early January? Also the PL maps don't seem very good for Zerg so far. edit2: Just looked myself. DB said sometime in January they'll look at it, so probably not gonna happen soon.

Looks like I am one of the very few who went without a big hitter (rain, taeja, fanta, flash, etc) this time around...
My general strategy was to take solid core players who will play in most matches and are able to win a game or two with the potential to go on a massive killing spree.
Best F(r)iends Forever
Main Team 6 Action Very solid player who went 5-1 in the last round. Will get to play in many games as the best zerg on KT. 3 Bbyong Was devastating last round during the first two weeks on my anti. Should get back on track with a lot of work. He is also the terran with the best results on CJ. 3 Revival Is a beast in teamleagues! With the Dong absent during the first two weeks and zenio in meh-shape he will be the zerg player for EGTL. 3 Points is very cheap for a player of his caliber, expect his value to rise soon. 5 soO Did OKish in the last round. Some very good performances and some derping around. Still the best zerg on SKT1 and a valuable core player that will get to play a lot. Picked him mostly out of gratitude for not failing me as much as the others on my team did last round. 7 Stats (captain) Went 5-0 last round and looked really strong. Still prefere him to wooki as he is more well-rounded. Another KT player that will get to play very often and has the potential to get a couple wins each match. 2 yeOngJae A filler who might appear as a sniper for SKT1. Mostly picked him because I did not want to go with players that only give points through their teamwins. Had him on my team last round and he did as expected, better than most other 1 or 2 point players. 4 SK Telecom T1 With heavy hitters such as Rain and Fantasy and a solid core behind those two I can see them profit the most from this format. If Rain and Fanta are in expected form I don't see them finish worse than top 2 with the potential of multiple all-kills. No-brainer for only 4 points imho.
Anti Team 3 Hitman Will only be used as a sniper in a team as stacked as KT. Most likely not going to appear... ever. 5 JYP Can be sniped fairly easy and showed some serios derping last round. I don't see him being played as often as in the last round due to only 4 players being send out per match. 5 Stork Very big question mark on him. Didn't perform too well last round and seemed like a good pick for a 5-pointer. Outshadowed by JangBi so far, don't see that changing soon. Still a big gamble here, might end up killing me.

The Pizza Cometh
Main Team 3 Bisu 3 Light 11 Rain (captain) 3 Reality 3 Revival 1 Rudy 6 [tlpd#teams##sc2-korean]KT Rolster[/tlpd]
Anti Team 6 RorO 3 sKyHigh 4 Speed
I dont feel like my team is super strong.
Rain because he seems super strong all around and wont fall prey to pvp snipers at least.
Light cause he had some decent games and played fairly well. Same goes for Reality.
Bisu is a bit of an gamble, but will probably still be sent out despite of not having performed super well the first round.
Revivial is super dangerous in allteam format.
My antiteam decent even though I expect roro to pull some points :/!

I know Jaedong won't play week 2 because of the tournament in America, but where did you hear he won't play week 1?

Personally I think you'd be better off keeping Fantasy, dropping a point on RorO > soO because you're playing SKT and then upgrading the free point somewhere else.

Nyte Lytes
Main Team 5 Crazy-Hydra 7 Jaedong (captain) 4 Jaehoon 3 Light 3 Revival 2 yeOngJae 6 KT Rolster
Anti Team 2 Huk 6 JangBi 5 soO
Due to the All-Kill format i tried to have player from various teams rather than just going allin for a team I am hoping for good performances from my boys when they are sent out. Crazy-Hydra played extremely well last round and I expect him to be sent out often as the 2nd best Zerg on KT. My biggest gamble is with Jaedong, my fanboyisms may have overcome logic in this one , I'm just hoping for alot of ZvZs where he can snipe people. Jaehoon prettey much just wanted a Solid player from a different team, T8 is pretty shallow so he'll see alot of playtime. Light same thing. Revival I'm hoping that he gets used alot, and i think he's under valued at 3, they put him as the starter against KT and he's looked really good in the IPTL so I think this was a safe bet. JyJ SKT1 is coached by BoxeR, Fantasy is too expensive the next Terran on the list is this guy. JyJ was sent out a few times in the last round of PL and preformed awesome for his price so i think he's a good pick here. Kt is the best team right now imo and i didnt want to pick EG-TL cause then i would have 3 EG-TL and thats too many eggs in one basket for me.
Huk is a foreigner and not ThorZaIN. JangBi this is a huge risk on my part, JangBi is going to be played alot I am just hoping that he falls short. He looked decent at the end of the first round of PL but I still feel he's not preforming anything near his skill. soO is SKT1's best zerg, but i haven't been impressed with him, from what i've seen.

Main Team 6 Action 1 Calm 10 Flash (captain) 3 free 1 BBatta 3 Light 6 [tlpd#teams##sc2-korean]KT Rolster[/tlpd]
Anti Team 8 Bogus 7 Jaedong 5 JYP
I wasn't really using my head while making this, more like personal preferences of the players. I just had to have Action for example Also, I think Light is pretty damn good and it's a wonder how he comes so cheap, so picked him up as well. Because my favorite team is KT, I had to use up a lot of points there, and got stuck with Calm and Leta. Also, hoping free can snatch a win or two when he gets sent out.
As far as my anti team goes, Bogus seems inconsistent, Jaedong was never any good in SC2 and is probably most overpriced player in FPL. As far as JYP goes, he's just bad.

well, I've replaced Leta with Bbata actually, gonna gamble a bit on the kid, maybe he turns out to be like wooki or Rain :D

Alright 90th place last season.. Trying something a little different here.
Main Team 2 Flying (captain) 4 Jaehoon 3 Light 8 Soulkey 4 Speed 7 Stats 2 Team 8
Anti Team 4 hyvaa 6 RorO 3 Zenio
MAIN
Team8: Fantasy has been patched and teams won't garner as many points as before. A player in WL format has the potential to bring in a lot more points than the team would. Team 8 looks better than I had ever expected, though. 4-1 CJ wat?
Captain Flying. His performance in PL is disappointing, but he's down at 2 points. I had to get a cheap player and Flying is an easy pick here. Captain because I want to be able to trade my high value players.
Jaehoon. I like what I've seen from him so far. I think he has potential.
Light did an excellent r1. He's 7-1 in sc2 vs excellent players for 3p, so this is kind of a steal. And here's the kicker, this kid has like 5 all-kills under his belt.
Soulkey just looks amazing. I just like the way he plays, huge potential.
Speed I'm not 100% sure about, but I saw him outplay Jaedong and was surprised at how solid he looked. Excellent macro.
Stats destroyed r1 and is on a serious winning streak. Huge all kill potential.
ANTI
hyvaa. Had him on my anti in r1 and he didn't disappoint. I'll trade him away for JD when JD goes absent from pl.
RorO. khan ace but honestly he looked like shit in r1. He's done well before in sc2, though. Feels risky but yolo.
Zenio won't get to play much I expect.
It's a little problematic that I don't have players spread out over more teams, but I think these players are great value so I should be able to solve it with trades. Really wanted to get Dear but unfortunately he's starting against Wookie and I couldn't fit him in anyway. He's probably the first player I'll be looking to get.

Original team: + Show Spoiler +On January 04 2013 01:24 nooboon wrote:Create A Team- yup very original. Picks are in order of selection. Main Team9 FantasyOriginally had flash but decided to go with fantasy as SKT T1 is my team pick and that one extra point allowed a little bit more room to pick players. 5 soOOnly able to pick him because of Fantasy pick giving an extra point to work with. SKT T1 zerg that will support Fantasy and Rain. 3 RevivalEG-TL has Teaja so they have a good shot to win. Along with Jaedong ZvZ sniper. Also has a much higher chance of being fielded than Zenio. More of a hit or miss pick. 1 sSak (captain) This guy will not make an appearance this round. Therefor making it all but impossible to trade him off my team. Is on SKT T1. The next two are the key picks. 6 RorOOne of the best player's on KHAN. Likely to be fielded. Ace material for a 6 pointer. Counter-acts anti-team if Samsung wins. 2 FlyingBest choice of all the two pointers for my team. The other two pointer's were unproven or were very likely to lose. And I already had 3 SKT T1 players so i didn't want to take on a fourth. The one positive is that flying is on a good team. Debating on wheather to keep Flying and Roro, or scrap the sixth player (flying) and get an 8 pointer. Scrapping Roro would also mean getting rid of Jangbi as Jangbi will win at least a few games. 4 SK Telecom T1Two aces and a great supporting cast for only 4 points. Anti Team6 JangBiDoes bad: Happy. Does well: well fuck, time to trade him away. 2 PumaDitto. 5 StorkWon one game. Lost another by losing all his probes.
Create A Team
Main Team 9 Fantasy Will appear more often than Rain.
1 Mini Switched for Ssak because Mini actually has a slight chance of appearing for STX.
2 ParalyzE (Captain) Captain only because he won't play making trading him even harder. SKT T1 so, team points.
3 Light Revival has a tougher opponent in flash. Light will at least beat Stork. Can trade afterwards.
6 RorO Could always trade for a lower point sleeper later on. 5 SoO SKT T1 Zerg.
4 SK Telecom T1 Two aces and a good supporting cast.
Anti Team 5 JYP 5 Stork 3 Terminator Replaced Jangbi for JYP because Jangbi will appear and win some games. JYP one the other hand will probably not appear. (Although EG-TL coaching is to be considered here as JYP might just be sent in) Roro counter's Stork's points. Switched Puma for Terminator because minimum point requirement and terminator will probably not win a match.
Once again still debating on having five players or six.
EDIT: Replaced Revival for Light because of Week 1 match ups.

SHINOBI-TERRAN
Main Team 3 Bisu 10 Flash (captain) 2 Flying 1 Hyuk 1 sSak 9 TaeJa 4 [tlpd#teams##sc2-korean]SK Telecom T1[/tlpd]
Anti Team 8 Effort 2 Huk 5 JYP
Nothing special here, just going for 2 Top Players with Flash and Taeja and hoping for Bisu to do better . Although he did not do well I think he is still better than a 3. Anti-Team: Effort and JYP are a little overrated in my opinion and I dont think that Huk will do well.
