The AFC is full of shitty secondaries, and the Ravens had an easy schedule overall. Flacco should have a much harder time relying upon the deep ball against the Niners, who allowed the fewest deep ball passes in the league this season, and the first deep ball TD that they gave up all season was against Atlanta. That said, I wonder if the Niners will get their pass rush back in order. Atlanta handled the Niners front-four fairly well in pass protection, and the Ravens have a better O-line. I just don't want to see any more ridiculous QB performance like Matt Ryan in the first half against the Niners where he was just throwing up the ball and relying upon his receivers to make ridiculous plays. That was gross.

Unfortunately, a torn triceps is not something that rest is going to fix. He needs surgery. Now, word is that Aldon Smith had a shoulder injury. He likely will benefit from the rest.

Oh wait, he's already responded: "I’m very surprised Randy Moss used that in those words, that he’s the greatest," Rice said on ESPN's "NFL Live." "You’d never hear me say I’m the greatest football player to ever play the game. I let my body of work speak for itself, and I think I was able to be very productive on the football field. Moss said that he can't be defined by stats, but that seemed to flummox Rice as well. "You have to look at the stats, you have to look at how you impacted the game, and it’s all about winning this right here, this is it, the Super Bowl, and I was fortunate to win three," said Rice, who was rightfully ranked No. 1 on the NFL Network's ranking of the top 100 players of all time in 2010. "Randy he finally has a chance to prove himself this weekend, and I wish him the best." http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/jerry-rice-responds-randy-moss-claim-greatest-receiver-221953370--nfl.html Translation: bitch please.
