Group B: Elky(#1), Beast(#2) <--- in top shape ( Sorry Grrrr ) Group C: Junwi(#1), Socke(#2) Group D: Boxer(#1), Sobad(#2) (Froz can also make it, but he will be fucked up because of the shift horraire; trust me , it has an important effect) Group E: Yellow(#1), Oem)Strafe(#2) ( Ranger = instable, because of his multiple races against everybody, it just depends on luck and i dont believe in luck. He won't know his oppenents this time. I'm sure he wont even finish #3, i guess #4 ) Group F: Essay(#1), MTY(#2) Group G: Fisheye(#1), Cafone(#2) <--- will make a surprise Group H: Blackman(#1), HellGhost(#2)

A:Naz/Whear: I got to think naz is lock to be in the top 2. Im picking Whear cuss i feel i have to pick someone from the U.S.A. I cant bring myself to pick Froz! or wiz. B:Elky/Grrr: Got to feel elky the best out of them all. As for Grrr he got to much Exp in big games to lose.He also a winner and Winners, win and losers, lose(its a mind set).I just wont ever bet against him doing anything in the realm of Starcraft. C:The Korean/The german: You Dont even need to know the names in this group. The flags say it all. D:Boxer/didi: Boxer as someone said b4 aint got that auto there for nothing.i see replays of almost everyonee in this group. From what i seen didi>SoBad>Froz!>=androide. E:Yellow/Ranger: ok let me state this now so i dont have to for odd.All Koreans=Lock.Im still in shock ranger won the russian Perlims.I thought for sure amostdey(not sure how to spell it)or androide would win.I never seen Ranger till this year but i seen The other two so ranger must be good.Ill give him my vote. F:odd/MTY: i Think this group will be harder then people think.I heard good things about legionnaire,MTY,[I'm]Radu and Atmosphere. But i never seen anyone of them play b4 beside [I'm]Radu. So ill go will the rest of you and pick MTY E:Fisheye/Cafone: I think Everyone sleeping on Cafone big time.I see him loseing one game and thats to Fisheye. F:Blackman/Who cares: This group was not given the letter F for nothing.Cuss it Fails to meet The lvl of skill in the other groups. My Top 4 To Finish=#1,Boxer,#2Yellow,#3odd,#4elky(sorry naz) Upset Top 4=#1Boxer,#2Naz,#3elky,Grrr(If the Terrans kill off Yellow and u draw a good map i think you in there naz) Mega Upset pick=#1Froz!,#2Whear,#3Wiz,#4Naz(LET ME DREAM YOU BASTEREDS LET ME DREAM!!!)

- All of the Koreans will make it out of their Group, practically with one hand tied. How can they NOT? They have enormous experience playing in pressure-cooker competitions: they do it for a living, remember? Besides, their Groups are relatively easy (except for Boxer, but he's still gonna rip through everyone like an F6 tornado no matter who he's grouped with...). - Look for a Zerg (probably either Yellow or Junwi - yes, Junwi is that good now) to do well in the competition, not just because of the maps, but (according to Nazgul) also because non-Koreans don't have as much experience playing v world-class Z. - Grrr and ElkY will make it out of Group play. I do not believe Grrr has what it takes atm to make it any farther. Elky, with his experience, should make top 8 (unless he draws v a Korean in the 2nd round). - Unless the brackets for the 2nd + rounds screws them up, look for at least 3 of the final 4 to be Korean (I would've said all 4, but had to leave a spot for either Nazgul or ElkY). That didn't happen last year (Boxer and GoRush in top 4), but, the Koreans this year are WAY scarier. Unlike Doggi and GoRush, every one of the Korean gamers this year are pros. They live and breathe this kind of competition, with at least one (and more usually 3 or 4) live & broadcast TV tournament each and every week non-stop. It'd be unfair if they DIDN'T do well. - Based on reputation alone, expect to see at least 2 and maybe even 3 Chinese players in top 16. - I think Yellow will win it. That's what I'm calling and the only thing I'm guaranteeing is that I'll be wrong. [EDIT] Nazgul's journey may end if he meets up with any of the Koreans or ElkY. Again, the training and experience factor. Everyone should cheer for him, but everyone should also consider him an underdog.

The other thing working in his favour is that he a relative unknown meaning that he will be able to go into his games with knowledge of his opponents gameplay that they wont have. I think either second of third place for Leg depending on if his drops can damage MTY or Oddy bad enough.

4 koreans (as mensrea pointed out, these guys do this for a living. They are miles above everybody, and have out-played most other pro's to get here; Oddy beat among others NaDa, and in the ruins behind all of them are the reminants a flurry of great players like Garimto, Sync, etc.) ElkY (he's up there. 8-0 in OGN. Beat Sync, Oddy. Owns zergs up and down. Best non-korean right now) Other than that I'd say MTY, Grrrr and maybe Naz is good enough. And as naz/mensrea pointed out; there are no real good non-korean zerg, so many westers will get a surprise.

My picks: A) Whear/Nazgul B) Grrrr/Elky C) Starsin/Socke D) Boxer/Froz E) Yellow/Strafe F) MTY/Essay G) Leona/Fisheye H) Blackman/Helghost There might be some upsets such as Beast getting top 2 in group B and/or Sobad getting top 2 in D, but generally these are the people I expect to see among the final 16.

I didn't think it was impossible him qual, because I know of cases where non-citizen can represent a country internationally in other sports. I forget what sport it was, but if you where a resident for 2 or more years of a country, you could represent them in international competition,

But btw, Drone: I had no idea there were Norwegians in Liquid. Where do you live? (What's your name? Who's your father? What's your account number? Address? What bus do I take to get there?)
