I would of blown a 7th (maybe 6th) round pick on him to just stash for a hopeful playoff run. Having Brandon Marshall Roddy White and Gordon in the playoffs is OP! But now I know for my other leagues to eye Josh Gordon. So is there any news yet on him? I saw him playing last night, is that a good or a bad sign?

Sorry to Jay (Tonight) for the autodraft shit. Apparently, Yahoo lets allows co-managers to do EVERYTHING besides drafting, of course. But they are able to view the draft...so stupid. Wish I knew beforehand.

I was debating waiting anothe round or two, but having him plus my other wrs is like insta-win if he just plays even half the season. Right around that round is when you gotta start going for the risky shit that pays off. Hitting one of those > having some mediocre bench dude

Perhaps I was wrong, but i swore I read that there was a police call about a domestic dispute or something for Josh Gordon shortly after the DWI. Maybe I was wrong though. Additionally, I'd rather go with my gut feeling than some other person's ranking; that way, if it's wrong, at least it's my own mistake and not a supposed 'expert'. Interesting, what was your doctorate in? This may be a difference in philosophy but as a general matter I don't think there is enough data to go around in ff (as opposed to say baseball or basketball) to do a purely quantitative model. In fact I'm more inclined to subscribe to a purely "fundamental" model based on tape, injury history, etc., though a hybrid model is closer to ideal.
