Bisu vs Flash had me screaming at the edge of my chair for as long as that contain/gg move flash almost get done at Bisu's door. JD vs Bisu's 1st game was pretty awesome too, I'm very happy to see the Tyrant getting in shape and beeing able to get a win from one of the scariest oponents around. Unlike some stupid/hate comments suggested, I did enjoyed Artosis & Tasteless cast pretty much... Overall, I say it's really a good time for BW's lovers to be around, and to have well mannered, well intentioned and trully interested people putting their time and energy and showing their love for something I love too just suits me perfectly. Long live BW, TBLS Hwaiting, have a good day you all

The global Afreeca site actually looks and works really well so I'd recommend everyone give it a try. I'll probably dual stream on Afreeca and Twitch going forward. It was a great cast. So refreshing. You still have it in you Sayle. Can we expect more commentary from you in the future? Perhaps you could cast together with somebody if a solo cast is too much of a burden for you.

Glad I sat through the entire VOD. I'll echo the common opinion here that Bisu vs Flash and Bisu vs Jaedong game 1 were the standout games. I was exceptionally happy with the plays they managed to pull off - Jaedong's especially, was not expecting Ling micro of that caliber yet - the sheer awe that I hadn't felt for a long time, where I couldn't help but mutter to myself in their presence, was a great feeling to have. Considering the potential diversity of their audience, commentary was stellar. Tastosis wasn't pandering to try and cater to SC2 fans either for the most part; they clearly knew what these games meant to the BW crowd and casted accordingly. I felt that they hit most of the right points (they even managed a pandabearguy throwback on Destination, which is what I started watching BW with - GOMTV Classic), with the knowledge they dropped (obviously not to the degree of us TL nerds, but it was a huge improvement over ASL casts), and were able to present TBLS in a manner they deserved, all while emanating their BW passion for all to see. All the credit needs to be given. Production was on point too. The classic zoom in into the start of the game was there as expected. And after the games were played and TBLS were lined up and giving the post-match interviews, they were playing Black Parade (a song they played a lot in old KeSPA tournaments and highlight vids), and the whole "we'll carry on" thing added so much to the atmosphere. Those glorious bastards in the back still have their impeccable music selection sense it seems. Ahh what an amazing day to be a BW fan.

You're absolutely right that they're not up to par with how the game is played in the present, but that doesn't make them not understand the game any longer. They've been involved in the BW scene for a long time and going back to it simply refreshes everything. Even if they lag behind, it's not like they're completely out of the loop by seeing how the current meta is like. I think they can analyse how something works when it's played in a different way. Yeah but basic things like probe+zealot hits for a drone kill should be basic knowledge. How did they forget that? I dunno, I liked Artosis a lot because of his analytical style but he has to step it up with his knowledge again or he lost his trademark.

Hopefully they all keep practicing and qualify for ASL2 making it to the later stages. The hype would be out of this world! Sayle was also on point with his casting, great stuff as usual Sayle. Thanks for the great cast! Stork vs FlaSh was just a perfect display of how shitty Destination is for PvT. FlaSh did a perfect job of abusing the map for an easy win.

They are super duper experts because they were the original english casters for big tournaments like GOM. And Artosis was a pretty high level BW player. You probably know this, but I think your post is pretty condescending towards them and I won't eat it up. i think you're taking this a little personal. I'm not condescending when i say i liked the cast and i simply mentioned their self-presentation of being an expert doesn't match certain gaps in their ingame knowledge. Yeah im aware- im fact i loved to watch GOM TV Classic Series with Tasteless+Littlesusie and Superdanielman later. Artosis never casted that, but he he did a lot of awesome things. I think i simply have high expectations towards the premier casters of this game. Tastosis casts used to entertain and educate me on the highest level and i'd like to have that back. That would require them to get into touch with the metagame, developments in the game and the competitive scene a bit more than they currently are. Asking for that seems like a reasonable request to me and no "heresy" towards the godstatus of Tastosis, as you seem to perceive it. By the way: Yeah i recall Artosis as a good foreigner, here's a list of his ahcievements achievementst How that makes my point being condescending, is beyond me tho. Care to elaborate?
