If you come in here looking for "anime recommendations" then please refer to this chart before posting: Anime Recommendations (as of may 2014). We also have an IRC channel called #tladt where we all hang out. The channel is on Rizon, not QuakeNet! Feel free to check it out. TLADT discord is Discord.gg For currently airing anime, please see Anichart.net

Granted the rotoscoped animation took quite a bit of getting used to but it wasn't really something i disliked a lot by the end, but it was what kept me from giving it a 10/10 in the end, so close though. Also 2016 was a good year, miragee pls. JoJo, Mob Psycho and Haikyuu were all solid 9/10s unless you happen to have shit taste. You should know I've got shit taste by now. Haikyuu s3 was pretty good though. I finished it recently and gave it a 7,5 (mostly because of those silly flashback/insert stories nobody needs). I wrote down my thoughts about Jojo and Mob Psycho before. 3-gatsu was the only other thing 2016 had going for it and that was a 7,5 as well. Dunno, for me 2016 just sucked balls. As a matter of fact, 2017 already has had more shows I thought were excellent than 2016 (Rakugo and Uchouten vs virtually zero) and we are only halfway through the year. Your taste is the best taste one can have I rate my anime purely on how much i enjoyed watching it on that note, maid dragon was a 10/10

Voice actors Jun Fukushima and Rie Takahashi announced in the HiBiKi radio program on Tuesday that Natsume Akatsuki's KonoSuba – God’s blessing on this wonderful world!! light novels are inspiring a new anime project. The announcement did not reveal the format for the anime. Fukushima and Takahashi play the characters Kazuma and Megumin in the anime, respectively. more konosuba. meaning more megumin and yunyun.

Isekedai Shokudo is gone. Kakegurui is next if it doesn't get moving. Made in Abyss is still a strong contender for AOTS KnM is also on the chopping block. What's the saving grace for everyone else that isn't a repeat?

Isn't Megumin the one with the current spin off, though? inb4 just Kazuma back in Tokyo meeting girl that sounds like Megumin romcom. the most recent one would be the one I linked the other day... can't seem to find it but iirc Megumi spinoffs were the first ones: Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Bakuen wo! 1-4, then 1 vol of Kono Kamen no Akuma ni Soudan wo! and now that one vol that I can't find that seems to focus on Dust and the loli succubus? (found it: Ano Orokamono ni mo Kyakkou wo! + Show Spoiler + https://twitter.com/kadokawasneaker/status/889813297217720320 the one on the right But take that with a huge grain of salt. I've never read, looked up, or felt inclined to go into the spinoff series. As far as I'm concerend I'm fine with just the main series as long as I've not caught up and won't start spinoff until that point so the above is anything but quoteable for other arguments Supposedly the author already kind of hinted at it with the vol12 afterword as he was going out of his way to state that there is a possibility for future anime projects and just because the current (season 1 -2) anime project is finished doesn't mean there can't be any more in the future. Or something along those lines, I don't have that vol yet Anyhow, people took that with a grain of salt as well because we all painfully remember that KonoSuba event shortly after s2 finished airing, hinting at a big announcement and then delivering absolutely nothing. So kind of curious to see what this is going to be. Could also just be more OVAs if I understand it correctly? //Edit, people on ANN speculating on it being a Movie.... idk, KonoSuba movie sounds awful. I don't think that would work. A series of a couple OVAs à la Zaregoto etc sounds more plausible to me if it's not s3 Oh they have a nice picture for it as well: I'd love to be wrong but still think if this was a s3 they'd just straight up say so in the first place.

Or am I setting myself up to be disappointed again? It doesn't sound like just one (!) OVA... so if it's OVAs I'd say multiple, maybe spread out, to cover whatever they want to cover. But a lot of people seem to be thinking s3 now and that was the first thing the two above thought about as well I think before clarifying that it could be something else as well. Perhaps the staff for the radioshow was holding up a sign telling them to calm down about that because it's nothing specific yet or perhaps they realized themselves that the announcement itself is rather vague and could be different things.
