Here's TotalBiscuit's video about it:
He also played it on his stream two times and seemed to have enjoyed it to say the least:
Artosis played it on his stream as well and he also found it quite fun:

I find the controlls exhausting, probably will just take time to get used to more (also 4th hour in). I already know it isn't as terrible to controll as airmech, but it is really weird to switch between this and a RTS where you are free to move the camera^^.

I just don't really understand the strengths / relationships of the Tier 2 Units.

It's obviously no real competition for starcraft but it still feels like an rts. You can even micro a bit which i wouldn't have thought considering the controls are that simple So yeah pretty fun game

I generally go distillery brothers/lizards, healing pigeons, freight union, snakes, kasha and the boars It's kinda map dependant but fox is probably the best tier three unit if you can micro it decently. Super "lategame" i think owls might be better because they produce free units :D Worst units are imo skunks

1-2mission you have to reroll the map to do heroic on, that is annoying, otherwise really puzzly and the story is fun

It is a surprisingly deep game, the only thing that was a bit of a transition was learning to sell existing structures, rather than hold spending (which you cant), but it became obvious very quickly that their system makes the game a lot more reactive and flexible, quick tech switches are possible based on scouting, makes for a very dynamic back and forth.

And all that with randomized maps that sometimes may break a match, but often just force smart use of the terrain. The campaign is good, invites you to replay the missions for the extra hard optional objectives and provides a decent scenario for the game in general. Didn`t notice the game before TBs ranked ladder play video, but am I glad that I did.

Oh, that familiar horror of discovering an up-and-running enemy expansion in some far flung corner of the map...
