if i remember correctly he stated in the R8 it would be his last official tournament so what any help?
(btw im pretty devastated i found bisu one of the most entertaining characters on afreeca and also one of the most passionate in terms of staying true to himself, he has always spoken his mind never censored himself he was one of the first to say his heart is with star and not sc2 and was disappointed with the gameplay of SC2 and the fans that left SC2 duo to poor gameplay. never forget !!onlystar!! )
There will be an ASL5 right after ASL4 because "some popular players are going to the military this winter". This is probably Bisu and Jaedong, so perhaps they can squeeze a last tournament before going out?

You also have to take into account the cost of rebuilding such a composition in the late game, for protoss it's almost impossible, while for zerg it's rather affordable.
The strength of Protoss is in small numbers? No, absolutely no. There is a reason Protoss needs to be at least 20 supply ahead in the beginning to have a chance to win a fight. Later on, when Protoss has tons of AoE that evens up. Protoss is strong when the armys gets to big. When they shut AoE everything. What the Protoss can't do however, is to lose his core army. Zealots and goons are disposable but you can't lose 5+ reavers, archons and templars every fight.

I just wanna say, I love this game so much. It really is a fantastic game, I have been playing this game since I was 15-16. I rarely play because I don't feel like putting in the time to train myself in the way I would need to play the way I want to. But I love watching it and the history and evolvement of the game is just so great and I am so happy to be part of it.
I did start watching pretty late, the July vs. Best OSL finals was the first series I really watched properly. But I have seen every single premier tournament since.
And I feel a weird mix of joy, sadness, nostalgia and excitement about the future thinking about this maybe being Bisus last game on the big scene.

Oh, you misunderstood me. Protoss will always lead in supply even if he has fewer units simply because of supply needed by protoss units.
What I'm saying is pretty much exactly what you said, that those AoE units you talk about are the strength of Protoss, so Protoss without HT/Reaver are basically dead, and a zerg with cracklings/swarm/plague will eventually overpower them. I guess a better way to phrase it would have been that Protoss' strength lies in small numbers of very specific units.

Isn't the thing about PvZ 200v200 that the protoss runs out of storms and scarabs before Zerg runs out of units? The reinforcing wave of cracklings then run it over?
Of course there is micro involved and how well you position your army etc but that is what makes a maxed out late game zerg so scary. The first wave depletes the aoe of protoss and the 2nd wave wrecks it. In very simplified terms.

Remember that protoss has 2x, or more, probes than zerg has drones before getting too much into the suply cap unit balance discussion =)
Great games. Love both players! Sad for larva to lose the first game like that though...
