He has become THE caster.. to still do events like this means CSL is doing really well!

Also, letting a team who was accused of cheating advance all the way from the Ro64 to the Ro16 (maybe they even got to Ro8 by now) is really ridiculous. Its gonna be real awkward when Brandeis maphacks and smurfs their way to the finals (they have been proven by thorough investigation to be cheating since Playoffs round 1 but CSL refuses to ban them this late in the season, probably just due to rematch complications or some bullshit). What an embarrassment it's going to be to have Day9 come all the way out and see TheYellowOne exposed at the live finals when he can't just sit at the same computer and play every match by himself with Obs hacks.

Well then they will know if and when that should happen. This is an internal issue and was meant to remain as such. Im sure its not an isolated incident of such report coming in and the CSL admins probably had good cause for their decision. Rutgers already made some recommendations for how they felt future incidents like this could be avoided and hopes CSL will take them into consideration.

Adz uses 5,8 for his nexus just like in his CSL game. TheYellowOne always uses 5,9 for his nexus. Plus TheYellowOne is an obs in this friendly custom game.

Anyways... Western (UWO) and UT (University of Toronto) fighting! The winner will be the lone Canadian representative, I believe. UT is the university I most associate with Waterloo (similarly high Asian population and they have a rivalry in quite a few areas; UBC is similar demographically, too). Go Canada Go!

Not sure what you're trying to say here. Do you believe they weren't cheating? You should ask to see the full report to see the whole story. Adz may be a different person than TheYellowOne, but who says two people from the same school can't play on each others' accounts at a CSL meeting? Again, I'm really not sure what you're getting at.

In this old replay, adz plays exactly like the adz in the CSL game, hence proving that someone wasn't smurfing on his account.

I don't understand why you're so vehemently opposed to the investigation's results that you haven't even seen. First off: there are two "adz" -- one of them got a namechange at the beginning of the playoff season to match. But giving the benefit of the doubt, let's assume that replay is of the right one. **Edit: turns out this is the new adz, and this game WAS from the CSL, and was used as smurfing evidence in the investigation What metrics are you using to say he "plays exactly like the adz in the CSL game? There are many nuances to a game of StarCraft, and Rutgers has compiled statistical analysis using many replays of both players past and present to make their accusation. All of their replays fall within a 98% confidence interval for APM, except the five games they played between Adz and TheYellowOne at the CSL's request -- adding just these 5 games to the dataset dropped the valid confidence level to 95%. This is just the tip of the iceberg for what Rutgers has done to provide thorough evidence of cheating. Oh, and that's just the smurfing. We haven't even discussed the alleged maphacking.
