Yup, he qualified for the Spring Arena bad couldn't go there. He also qualified for the Summer Arena now, no idea if he goes though.

He's going this time, though, he qualified again. But he's really good, he just doesn't have a lot of chances for exposure apart from ladder and online cups, because he's been banned from the German EPS and ESL events in general for a couple of years because he cheated in CounterStrike.

We should all send a letter to teamliquid so they do something about this hack & ban him. I confess, it was me. Get it over with and just shoot me already...

In Europe, the scene follows you (and casters will not know what hit them - but we will see if Sean and Mike did their homework, I'm pretty sure that Day[9] is prepared)

They are there to comment games not recite players histories. Not to say it's not good if they do but it's hardly the primary focus for a sc2 commentator.

Having knowledge about players is not just about their history: it is more about their playstyle which makes the cast a lot better from an analytical point of view. I would expect though that even though they probably don't know the players that they don't make the mistakes that happened during MLG Arena qualifiers with casters not even knowing what race somebody played or what country he was from.

I wanna know background stuff about players, specially if they are not so much known. Unfortunately players fail to push themself by for example giving their team and twitter in the lobbies of the weekl cups.. So then casters would be able to better plug them. And unfortunately many casters are not doing that anyway because they naturally are primarily interested in their own endeavours. However - they cant live without each others and the sooner it becomes a good practice to promote each other the better for everyone. @TypeReaL Roof on Facebook (germans are behind on twitter) @ROGelfi CupCake on Facebook
