30 and 45 instead of 2 and 3. I hope Jaedong is much better than he was at that MLG showmatch, I want him to own in SC2 as well.

IMO, I have to praise GOMTV for making the first games of each match free (gives people a good chance to taste the GSL). Yep pretty much what this guys said. Here is a perfect example...prepare to be awed! PS: Have a spare change of underwear nearby ... http://www.gomtv.net/2012gstls2/vod/67636

Considering most tried to qualify at WCS, WCG qualifiers. And like many players had said, it is good for them to get more experience playing competitive matches.

If you did and are asking instead about the seeds in general: Basically GSL always give out two seeds of Code S to players who have performed well elsehwere. Previously these have typically been used for foreign seeds and for players who have done well in international tournaments. Last season included Thorzain and Violet. Season 1 was Idra and Sen. I forget Season 2 =/ Polt and someone? Anyway, to increase hype, Kespa are getting the seeds this time. Specifically players who are doing well in their tournaments. Most foreign tournaments lately have been won by Code S players anyway. If Kespa weren't invited I expect GSL would want Stephano and Nerchio though I don't think either are interested in GSL specifically given travel + commitment. EDIT: Oh duh. Naniwa got Season 2 seed. I was thinking that couldn't have been right because in my mind seeded players typically don't do so well in their first appearance and thought he'd been there much earlier. Guess I made up more GSLs in my head for this year.
