In fact, what are you referring to? There was only ever one person that could actually fight and win against INnoVation at his peak and that was Life at his peak. Even Soulkey only had the one miracle series.

Well, the OP said "Inno in his top form," which he obviously was not unless you think peak Inno threw away four medivacs for free on a regular basis. Inno's scouting was awful that series, as shown by his tanks against ling/bane in game 2.

TIME is probably a little better than Heromarine at TvP, but the difference isn't huge.
