This is the space drama I've always wanted, I'm shocked why these aren't more common when Battlestar Galactica was huge. I wish this show was more popular. One really cool thing for me, is I love the setting. So many scifi shows always have Earth, and make believe planets somewhere else in the galaxy. There's something really awesome about this show taking place across many planets, asteroids, and moons in our solar system.

It's seriously a top show in my books. I hope they continue making seasons

I am super happy with the current season so far. Better than the first 2. Things make sense, characters are reasonable and it is just real SF. And I like how they increased some drama in the story compared to the books.

But there really needs to be a next season so that they can do book 3. It is really the best part and essential for making sense of the story until now. This weeks episode was great again btw, again I am tempted to say it was the best one yet.

And I don't belive crap like arrow/supernatural survives for 8/12 seasons while Expanse might shut down. That's a space drama, not marvel universe, it has to be that "gloomy". In every internet website related to tv shows you may/will find the highest ratings and reviews by both critics and viewers about Expanse - that actually means something. People mostly also wondering why the hell would you cancel such of a project.

This weeks episode was great again btw, again I am tempted to say it was the best one yet. Wasnt there also some viewer numbers after the live viewers that were absolutely superb? Apparently Netflix said - no to taking expanse already. Which seems absurd to me, especially after netflix mentioned that they want to increase their Sci Fi and fantasy shows&series. Guess hoping Amazon will take it now? Seems too good of a show to completely vanish and be canceled.

Shame. One of the few series that improves some narratives in comparison to the books it's based on.

Amazon seems like a better bet. But I agree that the expanse is too good to disappear. Then again, so was Firefly. Production cost might be quite high. Their CGI is good, and the actors aren't bad either. Shame. One of the few series that improves some narratives in comparison to the books it's based on. You forgot about Almost Human there. Yet another amazing SciFi show that got cancelled prematurely
