Badly spoken foreign languages is part of the anime charm!

That's pretty impressive actually, can't be that easy to find a native German affordable opera singer in japan.
Latest episode of Shield hero was great. I'm really enjoying the anime every week and it feels like he's finally getting his dues and such: + Show Spoiler +
him getting those books, recognition for helping the town or having the other two heroes stick up for him in this episode when it came to the money and the last. Feels really great to see after all the shit he got for a crime he never committed. To be wronged and have to defend yourself is no easy feat. Not to mention that he even got shit on when he saved Raphtalia and was still fair to her.

yeah i liked the last two episodes a lot as well. I honestly liked the duel episode even a bit more but both have been great for me. It just felt like a reeeeeally long intro and now it's finally starting. + Show Spoiler +
I don't care so much about wether or not the 2 heroes are standing up for him but it helps the show so much. Not so much because it's nice for him or anything like that but just because it was getting old pretty quickly with literally everyone against him. So with the most recent episode and the chocobo-race it was clear as day that they'd cheat again but you get some entertainment out of it because you do know that some people like him now and there's some kind of suspense, wondering wether someone will speak up for him or not, wether he'll lose or not. Before this change we all always knew that he'd lose and noone speaks up for him, which is just as bad as the opposite, a Mary Stue MC who wins and succeeds at everything, if that goes on for too long without something else to break the situation up.
Also, funny to see that the lancer guy really isn't "evil", he's just that stupid. It was clear that he's getting manipulated by the princess but seeing as he genuinly believes he won the duel and that no cheating was involved in either the duel or chocobo-race it's fair to say he really doesn't know and is just that dumb.
So far Shield-bro and Kaguya-sama are carrying the season for me. Also Slime-isekai from last season but that's a given.

Agreed. Connie's danish in Hanebado! was awkward but adorable~
"Three monsters, Bem, who looks like a gangster, Bero, who looks like a boy, and Bera, a witch, act as agents of justice, hoping that they will be allowed to become human. Several episodes involve them protecting a young boy. The style of animation is fairly distinctive, and the storylines not without interest."
Kaguya today probably had the best episode of the season so far for me. I was laughing so badly. The volleyball stuff was so good The voiceacting was on point, the faces were a bit more funny than usual but it fit the episode really well and pink-hairs crying after seeing him play volleyball was just perfect.
Kakegurui's song gave me goosebumps for real. Did not expect that. Probably had Utada Hikaru sing it. EDIT: Dororo is probably my fave for AOTS. Show has everything. EDIT2: Mob Psycho came through again, but that was a given. I'm genuinely happy with this season as a whole. Obvious trash is obvious, but there are some real gems to be found.
