Sucks that all those clan members can't change their Bnet id's

I hate it when things like this happen. Obviously it's bad when people are victimized. It also increases paranoia and homophobia. Hopefully people will realize that if these allegations are true the fact that Gundam is sexually harassing and possibly raping young team members is only conincident with being gay.

@Phayze It saddens me that this had to happen, and I am afraid this is going to cast a negative light on gays, when the real problem is the fact that this guy molested a minor. knowing my fellow koreans, though, an unfair negative light on gays is probably going to be inevitable and this incident is just going to fuel the confirmation bias in some people. as for an heroes, though... i'm not so sure, but yeah.
google "an hero" , I believe gundam will go to extremes and kill himself. I dont think he will get over his actions.
An hero is just a term used to describe someone who commits suicide over the internet. I dont actually think hes a hero by ANY means. He'd be a villian if anything.

That is some seriously fucked up shit....

Anyway this is really weird, a 32 year old molesting a15 year old, that really wrong in every society.

homosexuality is very underground in korea

That is very very wrong. I hope CellaWerra is not involved in this.

yeah, i googled it before i posted that reply, but i guess what i said leading up to it didn't quite put it in context.
to clarify... i'm not so sure he will take his own life, but bad things are waiting for him for sure. i wouldn't be surprised if he did, but i'm not sure he will.

All the players should leave imo. WeRRa is just a clan with no big sponsors, right? Not like the players are binded by a contract since a lot of players already left. Hopefully, Cella leaves...

How can you believe that he will kill himself? Do you know him personally? Have you spoken to him at length? Have you been in his position before? Have you ever known someone that has been in his position? If not, then be quiet and don't jump to suicide.
Suicide is a very personal action, that is different for each person, I can't speak to the culture of Korea but something like this is seriously upsetting in America, something that will ruin a career and a person's life.
However, as you'll figure out eventually once you gain some age, just because you get put in a tough spot sometimes you have to push through, not just give up and check out.
Suicide is the ultimate giving up, the ultimate surrendering and is something that should not be taken so lightly in the fact that you are just saying he's going to kill himself.

I already posted in the other thread, been thinking about it more, and this could really affect competitive starcraft in korea. We'll probably see less kids who are allowed by their parents to play sc professionally. Which would probably mean finding less people like Flash who started playing sc professionally at 15 (16 korean) and leveling up their game.

hope that cella leaves werra too and join like tsl or ogs, so he wont become the next victim. Either that or they replace the manager?

Homosexuality is also looked down upon heavily in korean culture, molesting a minor will imprint a record on him for the rest of his life, making it hard for him to get jobs (It's nearly impossible to get a decent job in Korea if you have a criminal record, the Betting scandal should have told you that),He will not be able to make a future for himself. With the addition of him not being straight and it being a male minor, his family will get much slander. Yes, Suicide is very personal in North america, but our culture is NOT based around honor. In many koreans eyes killing yourself is the best way to regain your lost honor. for example If you google male celebrity suicides in korea many of the stories that will pop up will be based on sexual orientation. Its terrible to say, but theres a good chance these are the steps Gundam will take.
Killerbot, I cannot believe you told me to grow up? When ironically you're the one who is being naive.

A sad and disturbing story, and I have to echo the sentiments expressed earlier in the thread in hoping that certain people don't overly correlate his sexual orientation to the sexual exploitation. If these allegations are true, best of luck to all of those affected.
I can't help but be reminded of 'Spike', the former manager of the (now disbanded) Green Berets counterstrike team, being caught several years ago grooming young boys/teens and requesting explicit photographs from them. + Show Spoiler +For those who don't know the story, Spike used his position as manager to contact young men and try to convince them to send nude pictures of themselves in exchange for positions of 'power' within the organisation. The original story can be read on GotFrag here, as well as the community reaction. 'Spike' was caught in possession of child pornography while out on bail almost one year later.

I was going to post about [GB]Spike as well. It was the first thing I thought of when I heard about this story.

@Killerbot: be aware there are cultures other than your own. It's an easy mistake to make, so don't feel too bad about it, though.
