They did it in the summer because constatly eating and getting lots of sleep is hard to do in school. Also, when you drink lots of water, you piss every hour or 2. I personally haven't done it, but they used to talk about their diets and stuff constantly (because they were doing it together) so that's what I heard anyways. | ||

Lift regularly (3-4 days/week) in a program meant to build size and eat lots of protein. That's about all it takes. | ||

i wrestle, and no matter how much i eat i cant gain weight. im not unnaturally skinny, and gaining weight isnt necissarily good in wrestling, but it is literally impossible for me and my father. my suggestion is lift weights and eat a large dinner espically, dont crap before you go to bed.
