By the way, HUGE complaint, just noticed it now. I see in the VOD section on Twitch, you've split the matches into sets, which instantly reveals the number of sets played, which is a gigantic spoiler. It even shows how long each set lasts! I'm actually kind of astonished TL would allow such a thing. Either leave the sets uncut, or link to them on the TL homepage somehow so we can avoid spoilers.

Can't help but feel this is a step backwards and there's still very much a need to have casters onsite with a proper production rather than just a cleanfeed. Anyone who has worked with one knows it's far from a good solution.
On the other hand this is better than nothing, so props. Lets just not neglect to stress the need for a proper English stream.

It's easy enough to link to a time in a twitch vid. Keep the matches together. Those weekend games are at 4am for us in europe. Too late even for night creatures like I.

Man, SC2 fans are so spoiled. Back in the BW days, when I browsed youtube links, I will try to cover part of my computer screen to click links to avoid seeing how many games and who's up in next game.

Am I the only one who frequently has VODs which have about a 5 second delay (sometimes 60 seconds!!!) between the audio and the video?

It'd be "spoiled" if they were doing us a favour by broadcasting these matches. Much as they try to present it that way, they're not. We're doing them a favour by watching. They want us to watch them since they want viewers for sponsorship purposes and advertisement and so on, and to buy subscriptions and things like that to make them money.
Times have changed since your good old BW days. E-sports is international and highly commercial now. And the major businesses involved need to compete and be attractive to customers. Simply saying "well it used to be even harder in the olden days" isn't going to make people turn around and go "you're right, I should totally put up with this thing I don't like because of that". They're just going to go and find a better product. And considering GOM is almost a textbook example on how to do a lot of this right as well as being the preeminent tournament in SC2...thats pretty stiff competition.

Gom is the reason why SC2 failed in Korea, they are the counter example of doing things right.
And about the vods, you can request, but don't complain like a little girl.

I dont even mind if they split it into matches, let them do whatever they want. But for the love of god, please, keep also one 6 hours (or whatever) long, uncut, VoD. Although, I am not even sure if this VoD-cutting is work of TL or IEG. I would guess IEG since it was also done for the weekend matches where Doa was casted (so before the deal with TL-EG I guess).

YES!! GO TL AND EG! everything you guys do is great... Can't wait for these casts.

I will only be watching the TL/EG stream if I can find a source which states that KeSPA will gain zero economic benefit for my viewership. I am still not happy with them.

I'm trying to appreciate the work of the TL/EG crew, but it really looks like a random daily stream from a random player, and not like a professional tournament aspiring to be the most important thing in SC2. The lack of any attempt at making the breaks between matches interesting, barely audible in-game sounds, uninspired casting from TLO/Adebisi (TB + MrBitter was OK, can potentially become good if the casters try NOT to sound like they are not even remotely interested in the outcome of the games)...
I know that this was probably the best thing that could be done on a short notice, but it needs to get much better or I'll regret spending my 5$ lol. You'll regret spending $5 on like 500 hours of content, really? I'm sure it will get better, since TL is listening to all of the criticism. The casters will rotate, so there are going to be some that you like and some that you don't. I don't really know what you expect them to do during breaks, though. They have no idea how long each break will last. Also, unless you consider GSL's "10 minutes of decent music" or MLG's "30 minutes of crowd watching" to be entertaining transitions, I don't think there's a big precedent for entertainment between games anyway.
Yes, I will regret it because I'm probably not going to watch it. There are so many better tournaments in terms of player performance, production and hype, that I'm already skipping some in favor of PL. I can endure 2-4 days of Proleague + occasional IPL/MLG/DH or some GSL a week, not more. Perhaps I'm not hardcore enough.
I didn't make it clear in my previous post, but I'm probably even more worried about the (lack of) production value than casting itself. For casters, I believe that both TB and MrBitter are good, however they don't have the synergy between them, but again, it's not like they're the worst casters in the world or something. They may even develop the synergy over time (although I find it unlikely, because their personalities/styles don't mesh well IMO).
As for the production value, we had a nice comparison between OGN's production and TL/EG's "random stream overlay". I think that since it is a tournament, it should be produced like one. OGN definitely looked more like a tournament, which I think helped building up the tension. With TL/EG broadcasting, I can't shake the feeling that I'm watching some Ladder or showmatches. So, even the "x minutes of music and crowd shots" apparently makes a difference for a casual scrub like me.
That said, I understand that it's probably the best TL/EG could do given the conditions. I'm not questioning their dedication, simply voicing my concern over the end result. I hope that it's temporary, that TL/EG will step up the production and find the perfect casting duos, or, if for technical/financial reasons that can't be accomplished, that they will "peacefully" part ways with PL in favor of a new partner, capable of providing the necessary improvements.
