You may need to lower the FPS to perhaps 45? I think that could save you a bit of bandwidth to prevent the issue, as it seems maybe your bandwidth is having issues with the data. Also, do you have the logs to see if there's any issues?

Will sacrificing FPS for a higher Max Bitrate/Buffer Size be better for my stream quality? Anything else I should change to make my stream look better and maybe even increase resolution?

You can go to 1280x720@60fps or 1920x1080@45 or whatever, as long as you stick to bitrates that work

Actually i had mixed results with testmy.net, when using the auto upload it was reporting me a 1/3rd of my usual upload (which i also get when uploading stuff to my university). After changing the upload Size to 5 mb the average was nearly my usual upload again.

For some Applications it says, OBS is required to be the 32bit version to stream the game (i.e. World of Tanks). Does anybody know how to fix that?

The 64 bit version doesnt offer any real advantages anyway. Well I tried, but it seems like it's lagging everytime I stream with 32 bit version, but not with 64bit version. All settings are the same in both versions.

I had a black screen when I streamed. I fixed this by updating my graphics card drivers and by downloading the most up to date version of OBS. I also had some sound issues. There was a static sound coming from my stream. This was due to ne using a microphone that was built into my computer. Thus it was picking up atmosphere sound. So I have to use an external microphone. I hope this helps someone.
