There's three viewpoints to logoutmacro as I see it.
-Probemicro's where you don't take into account various bugs, game client issues, computer issues and other stuff that can kill a character outside your control. You die, no matter what might cause it. -Common one where you use it when any of above situations occur. ripping to crashes etc just isn't fun nor feels fair for most people. -The other common one where you use it whenever issues occur as well as you feel you're about to die.
Probemicros viewpoint is just too narrow and causes a complete disconnect to what other feels is fair, me included, but lets not go into the shitfest discussion that was 2pages ago and let it be.

EDIT: If you are new, maybe take some resistance nodes. You can always spec out of them if you don't take too many.
The bleed visual is gone, but the bleed still exist. It's a very rare bug but I've seen it happen before to myself included. Only recourse is to logout otherwise the bleed keeps going. I've seen it stick even when the duration should've run out long ago. It's sort of like the debuff is still existing but the server forgot it does or something so it doesn't remove it. Here's another example

Depends on ur tree but they aren't strictly awful (notables that provide all res especially are sometimes very desirable). U can always spec out of them later too. You can link your tree here (findable via logging in to the site, clicking the character face at the top left by ur name, then clicking the passive tree tab on what pops up) if you want some tips etc (also include what skills ur using and build goal). For act 1 ur gonna need some cold resistance to beat merveil. For act 2 its lightning resist primarily to beat sins (and vaal but taking dmg optional if u play right vs him). For act 3 it gets messy but lightning is good vs piety and fire is a requirement in docks (the preferred farming zone) for most builds.

various bugs game client:
the only justification is for ggg to fix them promptly, it doesnt justify u to spam abuse logout whenver u pls
computers issues:
outside your control??? its YOUR comp fix ur shit. dont fix it and u die, its your fault and stupidity
honestly pussies come out with the shittiest excuse to continue justify their blatant logout abuse to keep their excuse of a hc character, so much entitlement up in their hot elite head

This is my skill tree. I'm using Tornado Shot, I mostly followed a guide I followed on the forum as it's my first character. I think the idea is I eventually rack up lots of crit chance and multiplier, I'm also using hatred, herald of ice and herald of ash auras.

Is there a way I can show my gear too?
You can either do a post on the poe forums or just hover the items ingame ctrl+c, then ctrl+v the stats here. Do it within a spoiler tho.
u can link ur gear on the poe forums but not so much here its pretty irrelevant anyway, ur gear should be changing rapidly even at this level.
the resist nodes that ur near suck ass unfortunately, although you could probably justify getting either weathered hunter or survivalist for 3 points = 14% all res with some upside and maybe skilling out of them later. Depends on how bad ur resists really are.
I assume ur playing sc so its not that big a deal if everything isn't perfect and u should be able to clear stuff no problem as a ranged character. What i really recommend is grabbing a decent bow (probably infractem or death's harp uniques) off of poe.trade for cheap lol since as an archer u cna pretty much just go faceroll dps most of the time.
ur tree is fine, with good nodes readily available for the next like 10 levels too.
Weathered Hunter is probably not too bad for a crit Tornado Shot build, so you might wanna pick it. Tornado Shot builds really are rather lacking resistances from the tree, I noticed that too.

Thanks, yeah actually I already pretty much one shot everything right now, it's mainly my lightning res is like 20% so that fucks me up a lot. I will get one of Weathered Hunter/Survivalist and see how it goes.

yeah actually Weathered Hunter probably the better one of the two to take.

Still i'm not sure discharge will cast THAT often u know linked to cwdt

Alright, here's the next level new meta strat. RF build with a romiras equipped so your cyclone constantly gives you powercharges.
Put lvl 1 cwdt, 20% dicharge, 20/20 increased aoe in the gloves.
You are now permanently vaal cycloning while applying EE to anything on your screen. Use fourth socket for some sort of utility like enhance (increases aoe even more), culling strike or blind.

Can you just do a 4link of cwdt lvl 1, cwdt lvl 2, cwdtlvl 3, 20% discharge then focus on AOE nodes (since you are going RF anyways)
that'd work right? because the idea honestly sounds awesome to me
no, u can only support a skill gem with 1 cwdt keep in mind that the cwdt gem itself is a support, modifying the properties of the actual skill to have a trigger. thats how supports work in this game. The support gem itself isn't triggering anything.
On April 16 2015 03:50 travis wrote: I suppose it is, though it's a pretty unique support wouldn't you say? And unlike most supports it doesn't really *need* to work that way.
i mean the other trigger supports are the same. Support gems are not coded to be able to cause something to happen, they can only modify the effects of skill gems. I assume there would be some fairly substantial re-coding involved to allow supports to cause something active to occur. And tbh, while in this case specifically it *kinda* makes sense, I think GGG are pretty OK with the current system.
Well if someone really want to be amusing couldn't they just build an AOE character, and then go like ice nova + faster cast + spell echo + increased AOE on our gloves. Then run righteous fire as their heavy single target damage.
Or maybe just run cyclone on the gloves with increased AOE and drag the screen around a little bit until it centers on you?

Well, I say good luck making him understand that. I've seen a lot of elitists in this game but this is just some next level shit.
