How is this thread so huge, it seems like a simple question.
Oh, I guess it's unfair to assume most people know about the int/health thing. Well it's a good random fact to know.

Plague on interceptor is specifically stated to be allowed? Why is it any different to normal units being plagued? Are the interceptors destroyed whenever they return to the carrier? when the interceptors return the carrier gets plagued also really?! that's pretty interesting
How is this a bug. Plague is suppose to be Contagious. So by plagueing the interceptors, the carrier get it too makes perfect sense. I say it's not a bug therefore its perfectly legal

people who think plauge on carriers or just about on anything is not allowed are nearly as stupid as the people who believe them. Reading this thread is a great step for new players to realize that plauge on carriers is totally legal and is the first step of stepping away from the dark side of the starcraft. We seriously don't need anymore noobs going "omfg doooode! my single unit that happens to be a carrier woulda killed your 50 mutas if only you didn't plauge my interceptors!11!, stupid BM cheese noob!!11!"
Like seriously :S

Why it even _SHOULD_ be a bug? If you plague a carrier those few intercepts that came out last get plagued too anyway, so it's kinda hard to NOT plague any Intercepts even if you target the carriers.

seems to me that rule would be along the lines of NR10...

Yeah I think I've also seen this obs on turret in pro league a while back... I think it might have been Stork doing it while dropping a templar?

Never heard of that in my life. Wtf stacked mutas/corsairs is illegal? It refers to ground units.

"ok guys, you can cast plague on interceptors, but NO FAIR IF THEYRE ALL STACKED UP, U GOTTA WAIT" This needs more attention. You can't do something because its good? That's like demanding you keep obs with carriers so scan + wraiths can take them out, but keeping them back so he scans, sees no obs then attacks, then you rush the obs in and destroy his wraiths is a banned "sequence of moves"..
Also if this is true...

and if you stack peons by clicking min, for example at your nat to defend your ramp, why is that illegal? thought thats also part of the game and this is generally how you have to defend many cheese/early all ins? I beleive it's the bug that makes lurker/scv drop down from a cliff. For example, you could burrow some lurkers at the same spot on the edge of a cliff, and then tell them all to unburrow. Since they will be stacked, they will start trying to resolve collision by randomly moving around, and there is a chance that one of them will actually walk to the lower ground. Same with SCVs building on the edge, if it finishes building in such a way that it is on the side of the building close to the edge at the moment it finishes, it may drop down the cliff. But these are actually quite hard to accomplish. Thank you Doesn't that mean that the below image is an exmaple of an illegal move? + Show Spoiler +On March 27 2008 13:51 SonuvBob wrote:In case anyone hasn't seen it, I think this was by Zelniq: And.... + Show Spoiler +On March 25 2009 04:13 SuperJongMan wrote: Um, plaguing interceptors is illegal. How does plaguing interceptors help? does the whole carrier get plagued because of it? even so its a legit strategy. your not exploiting a glitch...
