I'm cool with my house/apartment or hotels or at the office where I work or friends' houses, but I can't do the deed in a public restroom.

I watch horror movies, read horror stories, and even playing horror games doesn't scare me really. I'm pretty much never scared. Except for when this damn eel from the Super Mario 64 course, Jolly Roger Bay, shows its face. In general I'm not very fond of deep sea creatures lol, pretty sure it originates from this. When I as a kid was on vacation in France once I felt uneasy swimming in the indoor pool, because it was dark, and I was worried a shark or something would come get me. x)

I don't want to keep my eyes closed for too long because I'm anxious about some creep suddenly appearing right next to me or something. Basically the lack of vision scares me. But I think alot more people have this, not that I know of though. that immage was so brutal =p im afraid.. like scared shitless of little dogs... not big dogs. bot pit bulls or anything like that.. little tiny yorkies and other pintsized dogs

It has gotten a lot better and is mostly a fun thing nowadays, but I still feel incredibly vulnerable and protective of my wrists. Interestingly enough, I have no problem at the doctors when they take my bloodsample.

So I'd do piss and then step as far away as I could, lean to flush it and then run like hell. Dude, airplane toilets man, airplane toilets >.< One of my less common phobias is walking/running on gravel without someone watching my back. The movement of the gravel always makes it sound like there's a person (or snakes, depends on the type of stone) behind you, and then it only gets louder when you run so you need to run faster. I dislocated my shoulder once running down a steep gravel garden path because I wasn't familiar with the layout and went over a hidden step full pelt. That was hard to explain xD

Phobia =irrational fear you can be phobic of any thing (known as a simple phobia) or a person or type of social situation (a social phobia) You can have a phobia of the most mundane things. The usual-ness of a fear has nothing to do with it being classified as a phobia The same fear experienced by 2 people can be a phobia for one and not for another. If a fear is rational it cannot be classified as a phobia, aka, being in Africa 5000 years ago afraid of a lion eating you and preventing you from passing on your genes is not a phobia. But being afraid to leave your NYC high rise because a lion might eat you, would be a phobia.
